A special thanks goes to Mirlena, who stood out with her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with anything we needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and well cared for. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sarajevo.

Very helpful and welcoming. Separate comfy bed for a child, what was very important for us. Will come back definitely whenever we visit Bosnia again
