We were greeted with the friendliness of the staff, we were able to check in earlier before15:00. One of our rooms was upgraded to a more spacious one. The bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on. Room facilities, furniture and toilets are clean and look very well maintained. There is no car park, but valet parking is provided by the staff and they are very adept at picking up and parking the vehicle. They are very polite and kind. The masjid is right beside the hotel so it's easy for us to go to pray. The hotel library facilities are very good and neatly arranged, the books and magazines provided are interesting to read. Very close to shopping places around Bab Al-Bahrain. The hotel has very good restaurant decoration, very good breakfast and delicious.

The breakfast catering and supervision by Gigie and the team was perfect and energetic, going out of their way to make me comfortable. The receptionist, Zeenat, at the restaurant made me feel most welcomed. Housekeeping was perfect. The Cocoon spa by Bandana and front desk Eman was top class service.

The Best Hotel Experience Ever! If I could give this hotel a million stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I arrived, the entire team was amazing—so welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. I’m beyond grateful for every staff member I encountered. The room and facilities were spotless and beautifully maintained. They were so generous in keeping the room and fridge well-stocked throughout my stay. Even in the middle of the night, the service team was ready to help with anything I needed. That level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. I’m extremely happy with my stay and already looking forward to coming back. We were accommodated for an early chk in and a Kate checkout which was a blessing! Close proximity to taxi stand and pharmacy & supermarket was an added benefit. The staff were quick to accommodate small requests 24x7. Would highly recommend staying at Swiss-Belsuites!
