Everything about our stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ali at the front desk — he was the MVP! He helped us change our rooms and made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. 🙏🏼
The staff at the beach, pool, and restaurant were also wonderful — especially with our baby. They went out of their way to make things easier for us and showed such warmth and care. 😍

The staff did an incredible job making us feel welcome, room was spacious and clean. Food was great and the location of the hotel was ideal. Would definitely recommend this to others and we are planning to come back next year.

The Merchant House has possibly the best location in Manama: You can walk to the Souq, to the waterfront and take a cabs both to the east to visit the Bahrein fort (6km), to the south to visit the A'ali Mounds and to the west to the Pearling Trail. On top of that, you are a few steps away from Haji Cafe-restaurant were you get the best authentic (and cheap) breakfast in Manama. Don't miss the Quran Museum, full of jewels, also walking distance. Also visit the Khamis Mosque and the new Souq Al Baraha.

Great helpful staff willing to go the extra mile.
Super large bed (2 double beds put together for a super king sized bed. Gym facilities with excellent view as well as steam room and sauna, nice breakfast buffet spread with a great view. Bus connections excellent if opt out of car or taxi.

This hotel is located near the water, it is a new building with very modern and beautiful look. Very clean property. I checked in around 10am and got the room within a short waiting which I never expected. A large room with small kitchen area, big king size bed and sofa and chairs with double laptop tables. I really never expected a better room than what I got. Very caring staff. Their breakfast was superb with so many varieties of food, facing see with lovely view. Superb and quick room service for all the requests I made. It is just 15 minutes away from the airport.

Modern and clean hotel in a very good location close to the soul market. Hotel staff were extremely friendly wherever I went. Excellent service! The rooftop lounge is really nice with stunning views. Lounge had a band playing every night some pop and Latin beats. Can highly recommend this Hotel!
