The pool, room location on the lake, the glorious breakfast, dinner, bar service. Including being able to go from morning swim directly to breakfast (also lakeside). The shop. The drum and dance performance. Staff delightful and accommodating. Room spaciousness and decor, bathroom efficient design. Balcony and its lakeside view. The synchronicity that colleagues happened to be staying there as well resulting in productive meetings, exchanges and planning.

Staff are all kind and very helpful. Extra King size bed was comfortable. Breakfast and other dishes were good too.

I can confirm the laundry service. Truly a great spot, just like all of Kigali, which makes an amazing impression. It really makes you want to return.

Its a very basic but clean place to stay in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. The staff were very helpful and were very quick in replying to my questions before my visit. Breakfast which was served in another property, located about 20 metres away, was tasty and they also had a lovely bar where you could sit on the terrace and watch the world go by. It's a 20usd taxi ride from the airport and is very good value for money.

Lots of hot water and good pressure. Everything just works (which is rare in these parts of Africa). Some English is spoken, even by the staff. Friendly manager/owner.
