Would absolutely recommend this hotel. I stayed at the newer wing of the building, it’s very clean, and WiFi is very good. On top of it, they also offer free airport pickup and drop off. Also the location is nice too, close to main attractions and shopping mall, a nice city walk. And the staffs working there are super friendly

Everything. Thé room was beautiful, very clean and loved the size. The location of the property is just amazing. Brunei really lives to its title of “abode of peace” and the staff and this hotel are no exception!
both restaurants downstairs (Riaz and the general one) serve amazing Indian and international food respectively. I often would wait to come back fo the hotel for dinner as it was some of the best meals I have ever had. I especially loved how vegetarian friendly they are, so many vegetarian dishes to choose from was such a delight.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They even helped me arrange a last-minute tour to the national park (I was lucky this worked out). Clean, spacious room. Could walk to the city centre. Transport to and from airport provided. Supermarket behind hotel, and restaurant in hotel. Enjoyed my stay!
