I arrived after the stated checkin hours and they had no issue. I was having a lot of difficulty getting a taxi to the bus station on InDrive and actually went back to the hotel and once again the staff helped me. Was super happy to have chosen this hotel.

You're right across the street from the cable car and in one of the safest and most walkable parts of La Paz. The hotel is new and very nice with a decent breakfast offering. Like everywhere in La Paz, there's interminable honking outside during commuting hours but it eventually blends into the background - like crickets in the forest. On a higher floor the noise is minimal due to modern windows with decent insulation. The staff are great and very friendly. No surprise last minute changes or hidden fees. I think this hotel will establish itself as a traveler favorite in La Paz very quickly. Other quick highlights: * Wifi is fast and reliable * Views are great, especially from the breakfast room * Good pharmacy located in the same building * Early check-in was affordable and easy to arrange * Great lavanderia on the same block * 24 hr check-in and security * The room cleaners are fastidious, I don't think I've ever seen a hotel room cleaned this well outside of Japan.

HOTEL INNOVA se nachází v destinaci Tarija a poskytuje ubytování se soukromými terasami. The Hotel is in the centre so it’s pretty close to everything and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked everything about the hotel but my only suggestion would be to have a locked luggage storage and probably have only staff members going in and out of it.

The room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for recuperating in after our whirlwind trip in south America!

Mr. Gamarra is the most excellent host ever. He was thoughtfull, helpfull and very kind and helped us with our trip to Uyuni. Great location too. Quiet, but close to nice restaurants and the city center. Very nice and fresh breakfast, made by a lovely lady.
