Emanuel was wonderful right from the start and organized a pick up/drop off from the airport and a golf cart rental Clean, close to restaurants, private dock, can't wait to come back soon. Nice place just by the coast, comfortably outside of the sometimes manic golf cart dreadlock of the town center. The walk on the beach side to dead center is about 15ish minutes, 10ish to the first restaurants. Has a good chilling area outside with a palapa, chairs and hammocks. Thw staff is lovely and helped us with snorkeling tours and golf cart rental. The room was roomy with two beds and a desk + a minifridge. There are good breakfast options a few blocks walk toward the town and a nice coffee stand within premises which opens a bit later in the morning for people who don't usually wake up at 6am like us.The beach bar outside is far enough away that there is no sound pollution from there coming to the rooms (at least to the Casa Blanca building where we were). Decent internet for an island location: 26.90MB/s down, 25.17MB/s up, with 44ms latency.

This property is an oasis just a stone throw away from downtown San Ignacio. I was so taken with all the trees and plants and I love that they have benches to simply sit and enjoy nature. The shower was phenomenal, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C was superb. I liked that there’s was a little coffee maker complete with filter paper, ground coffee and powdered creamer and I made good use of it in the early morning when I needed to work remotely. Speaking of—the WiFi was excellent and I had no issues with any of the conference calls I had during my stay. Lastly, I’m very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. There was always someone around to ask for help or get a recommendation, without them being helicopter-y. If you need a nature retreat within easy reach of downtown (if you’re into walking) I wholeheartedly recommend this place! It’s especially perfect if you’re backpacking but want a nice, calm place to stay. The bus drops you off at the bottom of the hill and it’s a 5 minute walk.

Victoria House offers accommodation in San Pedro. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Certain rooms feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Everything - it’s an absolute stunner from start to finish - if you want to visit San Pedro don’t bother looking anywhere else. Staff are exceptional - every single one. Thank you it was more than we could have hoped for

The staff was so attentive and lovely. The place is well cared for. Our room was damaged with the Sara storm and we were therefore upgraded for most of the nights to a 3 bedroom house with a shared swimming pool. It was just outstanding. The house was tastefully decorated, had everything you need, including loads of towels, the kitchen is well appointed, including a fountain with drinking water. We then moved back to a 2-bedroom apartment which is what we had originally booked, still with access to the pool. Still great kitchen, drinking water, all toiletries. Super clean. Housekeeping is done daily and the team is absolutely lovely. We were totally delighted. Breakfast is great and they offer a different special every day. The location is incredible, close everything but quiet and we used the free bikes to move around. We loved it so much that we extended our stay
