The staff is absolutely amazing. They will bend over backwards to make sure that you are happy and content and well taken care of. Jose is absolutely adorable and his wife is very helpful as well although we didn’t get to know her as well. I’m sure she was doing all the work behind-the-scenes. Tradewinds Paradise Villas is located on the beachfront in San Pedro, a 5-minute walk from San Pedro Beach. There's a year-round outdoor pool and guests can use free WiFi and free private parking. Central location, just a few steps from “downtown”. (No need for a golf cart, only if you want to go to Secret Beach) As soon as you stepped on the premises, it felt like a small slice of paradise. It is really well kept and clean. Also the apartments are huge and clean. They don’t have the modern/clean aesthetic but feel really homey. And let me tell you about the staff: They really care and help out with anything they can. They are super fast with replying and flexible. I was able to be put on to an earlier flight to the island and they re-organized a taxi and check in for me 1 hour early in the matter of minutes. I really enjoyed my stay. If you don’t want the typical resort life but more of a independent vibe, this is a great place to be.
