Our stay was exceptional, truly exceeded our expectations! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was absolutely lovely! And the food was incredible.

With only nine rooms but also with spaces all round you feel like like in perfect home. Cuisine uses best local ingredients cooked and served in modernist cuisine fashion. For example breakfast poached eggs with bacon with fresh petals were best in the class.

We were looking for a quaint mountain getaway and this hotel was perfect. Accessible by train, Swiss mountain decor, and lovely breakfast and dinner. The room was very comfortable and it was lovely being on the balcony and sun deck with the mountain views. Wouldn’t stay elsewhere in Les Diablerets!

Friendly staff clean room with all that was needed

We visited Saas-Fee the second time. Sybille and her family really was the warmest and wonderful hosts we have ever met. On the day of our arrival, the road to Saas-Fee was closed due to destruction by the heavy rain. Sybille kept messaging and updating me about the road and the bus situation. Not until 4 pm the road was open but only for 2 hours letting transport in and out. Thankful to Sybille we caught this chance and got the bus to Saas-Fee and they already arranged a shuttle to pick us at the bus station. What exceeded our expectation, they upgraded us to Superior two-bedroom apartment and hoped we could have a comfort stay! Quick check-in and offered us snacks and welcoming wine. Apartment is cozy, clean, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, great view from the dining room and also from the balcony. Breakfast was good with choice of eggs. We could use their laundry room for free. Sybille gave us excellent and professional advice the area of the town, the direction to find marmots and the opening hours of cable cars, etc. And thanks to Pesche dropped us to the bus station and ended with a warm goodbye. We definitely recommend Elite Alpine Lodge if travelling to Saas-Fee!

With a chef whose creations are truly Michelin-quality, every meal was a masterpiece. Even when I woke up late and had missed the designated breakfast hours, the staff graciously prepared a meal for me, a gesture that speaks volumes about their hospitality. The location is in a charming, modern Swiss village, offering the best of both worlds—scenic beauty and contemporary convenience. Outside, a beautiful courtyard adds to the ambiance, providing a perfect spot to unwind. But what truly sets this place apart is the warmth of the people. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that combines Swiss charm with modern comfort, this is it.

Secluded in the top of Engelberg in the last street, Villa Hundert’s location is very romantic. When you enter the building, you immediately feel the owners’ touch and soul in everything what’s inside. What Christian and John built here is truly outstanding. It is a full experience and journey, starting with the accessories in the room, the common living room upstairs, and then the main attraction: food and wine. We had quite a few gastronomic experiences with my wife so far, but John’s cuisine paired with Christian’s wine sortiment topped everything we ever experienced. The ski bus has a stop right under Villa Hundert, so transportation to the Titlis cablecar is easy. Highly recommended for everyone, who’s looking for a unique and special experience, paired with skiing or snowboarding. This is the perfect choice for a romantic weekend. We will definitely come back!

I loved EVERYTHING in the hotel. From the architecture to the Location, this hotel is superb. Buuuut what I loved most was the service. Staff there really is something else. I had some problems with my train and arrived late, they were able to help me with everything I needed at the moment...the same when I was leaving, they managed to help me FLY over the swiss alps and as I didn't have time to come back to the hotel even made me breakfast to go! Thank you for making my days PERFECT! I will definetely bring my family back to The Omnia.
