The location of the hotel was exceptional. You can enjoy the alpine beauty from the balcony. Close to the hotel there was a souvenir shop which was also nice. Hiking area to Fronalpstock view point is nearby and you can also take the cable car. The staff were nice and friendly and helped us to correct our plan to visit Lucerne. The interior design was so nice and unique. Overall, this was the best hotel experience for me in Switzerland.

From the location of the hotel to the really really nice staff, to the modern design of the hotel. It was so easy to get from one place to another because the trams all stopped a few steps away from our hotel. We had a problem with booking.com tbh, because they cancelled our booking while I was mid flight. I opened my phone to find out that our booking had been cancelled. I had to call the hotel to ensure that our booking was still secure because really, we had no where else to stay. I was so appreciative that they held on to our booking because they too were surprised about the sudden cancellation. The staff assisted us the entire time and were so gracious and pleasant to coordinate with. From this, to the check in, to the check out..everything was perfect. I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in Basel.

Hotel Lago Maggiore - Welcome! is situated on the beautiful lake promenade of Locarno, a few steps from the city centre. Hotel Lago Maggiore - Welcome! Everything went well. The staff was really friendly. We extended our stay for a night, and all went just well, and we kept the same room. The breakfast was good with many varieties. The room was spacious and clean. We even got bicycles that allowed us to explore the cities more. The location is fantastic. We had our room on the 4th floor, and the view was just breathtaking. We even received some gifts to carry back home. WE Highly recommend the hotel.
