Everything! The location is absolutely breathtaking. One cannot take everything in. So much attention paid to every detail. Lovely lofts with fully equipped kitchenettes. Coffees, teas, purified water and minibar all provided. Hot tub covered, heated and ready to go. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable with lovely linens. Thick, absorbent linens also provided in the bathroom. Celestial binoculars provided for stargazing. The sky is spectacular at night. Felt as if we could reach out and touch the Milky Way. Shooting stars and satellites galore. Pretty landscaping, outdoor fairy lights and comfortable outdoor seating everywhere. And the breakfast!!! Absolutely fantastic. Delivered and set up in or out front of your loft. Fresh squeezed juice, breads, homemade guacamole, homemade strawberry yogurt, cheese, milk, granola and more. Host Javier was so welcoming and accommodating. Within a half hour of our arrival, we were already planning a trip back, to stay specifically there, for an extended period. One of the most memorable places we have ever stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay as a couple at Hotel San Giorgio. We wish we would have planned to stay for more than just one night. The room was inviting and the bed was comfortable. The small balcony was a nice bonus. What makes this hotel special are the people. We were well received and enjoyed all of the interactions we had with the staff. We were able to visit the cinema, and encourage others to do the same, as well the museum. Capitan Pastene and Hotel San Giorgio are places to be treasured in Chile.

The host, Paula!! She was top notch - so helpful, knowledgeable, kind & took time to help us with our trip planning despite being very busy! The ambiance was lovely!

Bories is a picturesque property for travellers to spend a day or two close to Puerto Natales on their way to Torres del Paine. The stunning views of the mountains, a lake and a llama add to the vibe. But, what really stands out is the hospitality of Carlos and his wife. It has all the essence of a family owned and run boutique. Carlos spent over 3 hours, during our time there, helping us plan our activities in great detail across the park. As a bonus, do check out the stunning pictures he has shot of the region for the last 20 years.

The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful, adjusting to our early morning schedule for breakfast and regularly checking that all was going well for us.

The place is a dream. Quiet and beautiful. The views to the lake, the food, the care into the details, the spectacular wooden architecture. There are a lot of daily excursions to make and the staff is very helpful. I would do it again!

Location, decor, facilities parking

The location is spectacular. Ocean view, private, quiet. Lots of nature. Comfortable clean, modern accommodations. Incredible meals cooked with local ingredients. English speaking hosts that are so welcoming. They organized boat and hiking tours and a massage for us. The whole experience was amazing. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and preserved. The rooftop terrace and views are awesome. The attention to detail in the rooms and the common area was very high (we loved all the plants). It’s a historic building, so its quirks are also its charms. Breakfast was outstanding: various options, very well executed, excellent coffee. The owners are very nice, attentive, and helpful. The location is great, with lots of restaurants, bars, and sights within walking distance.

Beautiful location- a wonderful place to relax but also super close to fantastic hiking trails within this private park.
