The views from the public terrace of Sao Filipe are stunning. I stayed in the luxury room 10 two nights and it was so beautiful with a very high ceiling, a full two door window that opens to purple bougainvillea and the same gorgeous view as the terrace. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have tried in my life, firm but still soft. The workers are nice and helpful if you need any help planning a trip to the volcano, etc. The owner is generous and kind and the atmosphere among the staff is comfortable. Breakfast is a fancy version of a typical Cabo Verde breakfast: white bread, boiled eggs, guava jelly, Fogo traditional cheese, papaya, etc. The location is in the heart of Sao Filipe and walking distance to all the restaurants and the black beach.

Casa da Djedja ligger i Mindelo i São Vicente og har en hage. Her bor du 15 minutters gange fra Praia Da Laginha strand og 600 meter fra Torre de Bélem-tårnet. This is such a gem and the people are amazing with kind hearts and so helpful. It’s such a wonderful find in Sao Vicente !!!

The food is amazing and the location is incredible. My best recommendation ever!
