Probably one of the best places we have stayed at. Excellent location a few minutes from the Charles bridge. Clean room with great pillows. Delicious breakfast options. The ladies who worked at the breakfast were so courteous and pleasant. The whole staff were wonderful, great customer service!

Clean hotel, nice staff, good facilities. We took a room with 3 single beds as we traveled with friends and also here, the third bed was a good one. Often in hotels they will add a cot in a room, but not here. So well done! Coffee and thee are present, as also slippers, sowing kit, shampoo, etc....

Riverside Hotel Plzeň er 4 stjörnu gististaður í Plzeň, 800 metra frá dómkirkju St. Bartholomew og minna en 1 km frá Doosan Arena. It was an extremely pleasant experience. We stayed for a night with a 6 month old baby - a small gift was waiting for her and at the breakfast they provided a small selection of baby food in pouches, such a lovely idea! The bed was comfortable, everything was nicely arranged and completely clean. We were able to get a proper rest as there was not much noise outside.

Everyone had the same goal, from the person greeting us at the front door, to the check in staff along with the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff ensuring the client was satisfied and happy. They were all on the same team! The room was clean and elegant. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We felt safe walking around Prague. The local area was clean and close to several different types of restaurants and cafes. Without any hesitation we will stay at the Allure Hotel again.
