Exciting experience and stay at this fancy hotel. Santiago warmly welcomed me at arrival and showed me everything I need to know and use on my room. Sharon from the receptionist area made me feel safe while teaching me how to get to the nearest metro station and informing me how to stay alert on the street. Breakfast was amazing spread and allow you to take it slow over more than 2 hours. Hotel bar serves decent food and cocktail. It could get pretty cold overnight even with heater on, so get ready with warm pyjamas.

We needed to stay overnight between flights and I was very nervous given the city's reputation. The hotel is by far your safest option for short term stays, it is 2-300 meters from the terminal, you can easily walk it if you don't have luggage, the hotel entrance is just by the security checkpoint, so all safe. We took the complimentary hotel shuttle, had someone waiting for us in the terminal. They have a dedicated entrance/exit in the airport parking so the transfer takes 2 minutes. Swimming pool was nice and you have a nice view of planes coming in to land. Room was clean and with all amenities you would expect.

The receptionists were suoer kind and friendly and check in and out was a lively experience. I loved my room and it was really quiet with a soundproof door to the street. There are many places to relax and drink coffee and tea. I had an earky flight so a breakfast box was madefor me with a sandwich fruit, water and a protein bar. I wish j couls stay longer!
