I have stayed at other St. Regis hotels and so, I had high expectations. The Cairo hotel is superb. The quality of the bedding, the linens are the finest I have experienced as a seasoned traveller and someone well-versed in the business of linens. This is truly special as Egyptian cotton is the finest in the world, and it is nice the hotel put a focus on it. The breakfast is fantastic in the range and quality of offerings, the impeccable service provided by the staff, and, importantly the early and late hours it is open. I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked. The staff is polished, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to serve. Outstanding hotel in every respect.

After a long day of sightseeing, there's nothing better than enjoying a tasty meal in the privacy of your own room. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, a nice place to relax. Admittedly, like the rest of the hotel, a refresh would undoubtedly make the room even better.

A wonderful place, all the staff manage to make you feel good. It is more than just a vacation, it is an experience. Very good snorkeling area! The venue is designed in a very easily accessible way. The pool, the variety of restaurants and the room service. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly is the amazing sense of humor and the attitude of the staff. Viola, kirollos, Amr, Mohamad are some of the names I remember who helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable.
