Perfect location on outskirts of Luxor close to Valley of the Kings. Hotel has been renovated so very clean and comfortable. we paid small amount extra for extra big room and bed and it was worth it. Kareem is very helpful and made us feel so welcome. Food is good with plenty of variety at breakfast and dinner. A very pleasant overnight stay and would definitely go back - highly recommended.

The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste. Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration.. Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed. It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.

The resort itself is stunning: the sandy beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming, and the pools are spacious, well-maintained, and great for both adults and kids. I stayed 5 days in this hotel apartment 1. Exceptional Management • The manager/owner, Mr. Meena, was extremely helpful and highly cooperative. • From the first day until checkout, he personally checked in with us daily to ensure everything was comfortable. • His attentiveness and professionalism made a significant difference in our stay. 2. Housekeeping & Cleanliness • Daily housekeeping was provided without any extra charge. • The cleaning service was excellent and thorough. • The kitchen, bedrooms, and overall property were very clean. • The bathrooms were not clean and slippery initially, but once we informed them, the issue was resolved immediately and efficiently. 3. Prompt Maintenance & Service • Any item that was not working or malfunctioned was replaced immediately. • Requests were handled within 5–10 minutes. • Service speed and responsiveness were better than most hotels we have stayed in. • The promptness and efficiency were truly impressive. 4. Location & Accessibility • The property is slightly away from the main city centre, but not remote. • Taxis are easily available at any time of the day. • Most places can be reached within 25–30 minutes by taxi. • The area feels safe and well-connected. 5. Nearby Amenities • Supermarkets and daily essentials are very close by. • Carrefour is nearby. • Large shopping malls are easily accessible. • Fresh groceries like chicken, fish, and other cooking essentials are readily available. 6. Amenities & Facilities • The house had all the amenities that were promised. • Anything missing was arranged immediately upon request. • Overall, the facilities were complete and well-maintained. 7. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area compared to the rest of the town. The staff was amazing, and this was some of the best service I have ever received. Thank you for the hospitality (excellent breakfast, restaurant recommendations, moneyexchange...). There are several local restaurants close by, within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Not once was I bothered by anyone trying to take advantage of me as a tourist. Ontime pick-up from and drop-off at the airport were arranged by them as well (extra fee).

This hotel is simply outstanding. The staff members are incredibly helpful, and their motto seems to be solely focused on ensuring your satisfaction. They respond to every request with a cheerful "Of course!" The hotel grounds are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool is beautiful and impressive. The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Deligjtful hosting, excellent vienes and delicious food, a MUST away from noisy and dusty town, a deserved , fresh and peaceful stop for the adventure. Also, their cuisine is DELICIOUS. They arrange efficiently all for you, boat, tours and taxi to Airport.

Both the landlord and the staff are exceptionally friendly and warm, making it feel just like home, full of kindness and goodwill. The landlord also introduces local attractions and helps arrange trips for us.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Panorama was set in the most idyllic location and our hosts, Ayman and Mohammed treated us like family and made sure our needs were met. The place had everything we needed and more and when I visit Luxor again, I will 100% choose to stay here again. If you’re thinking about booking here but are worried about it being on the West Bank instead of the east, don’t worry. The West Bank is much better, more authentic side of Luxor.

Our stay at the Jaz Riviera hotel was truly unforgettable and very pleasant. Right from our early morning arrival, we appreciated that there was absolutely no problem with an early check-in before 2:00 PM. This kind gesture pleasantly surprised us and immediately enhanced our first impression of the hotel. The only minor negative experience occurred at the reception, where we encountered an employee whose behavior was somewhat arrogant. However, I must emphasize that this was the only unpleasant encounter with the staff during our entire stay. The rest of the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Room and Comfort Upon entering our room, we were absolutely thrilled! The hotel is new, and it shows in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and it was evident that not many guests had stayed in the room before us. The quality of the construction and furnishings was at a very high level – no gaps in the doors, no noise from the hallway, ensuring perfect peace and privacy. The highlight was the private heated pool, which we had right at our room – an absolutely fantastic feature that we enjoyed every day. A big thumbs up! Gastronomy We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel restaurants. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant staff was professional, well-versed in the menu, and any request for modifications or changes to dishes was never a problem. It was clear that the hotel placed great emphasis on the quality of ingredients and the precise preparation of meals. Staff Unlike other hotels in Egypt, there was no constant "pressure" from vendors or staff offering various services. If someone did approach us with an offer, they were very polite, and after a courteous refusal, they simply wished us a nice day without further insistence. This is a big plus!
