We had a wonderful three-night stay at Sulatana Palace, which truly made us feel at home. Nasir, Francesca, and their entire team were incredibly attentive and took care of every detail, from accommodating our food requests to arranging taxis. Most of all, they ensured we were served clean, tasty local food, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The palace has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is consistently warm and responsive. Overall, we would rate Sulatana Palace a perfect 10/10.

Very good hotel, I enjoyed alot during my stay (my honeymoon) and I highly recommend for others. Very good hospitality, enthusiastic staff, very good room services. I enjoyed alot with daily night shows. I liked all entertainment team (Hamza, Bibo, Ali, Suzi). I liked the food and helpful waiters at the main restaurant (esp. Alaa).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely superb experience at Jaz Elite Asteria! I had a dream stay at Jaz Elite Asteria and I can honestly say that it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to! Everything is new, modern and impeccably maintained, which offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere from the first step into the resort. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities for perfect comfort. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is extremely comfortable - a real treat after a day spent at the beach or by the pool. The food was excellent, with a rich variety of fresh and tasty dishes, and the service offered in the restaurants was top notch. The staff is very kind, attentive and always with a smile on their faces, ready to help with anything you need. Massaouda Mazni was especially kind, nice and very friendly with us as if we had known each other for a lifetime.. The pool area is a real paradise – comfortable sun loungers, clean water and a peaceful atmosphere. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to those looking for an elegant, new and refined place to completely relax and enjoy premium services. I can't wait to come back!

Great breakfast and dinner. I could find everything I wanted to eat. The food was varied and delicious. I really liked the restaurant itself, which has a lot of space and you don't have to look for a free table. If you want, you can eat inside, if you want - on the terrace with a great view of the sea. I liked how the hotel was designed, in the shape of the letter T, it's just convenient to walk everywhere without getting lost. I liked the easy modern style of the hotel. Great swimming in the sea, you can swim as far as you want from the shore, or swim from the bridge, if there is no big wind and waves. I didn't see any dugongs, but there were a lot of turtles, and they, not paying attention to the swimming tourists, eat grass for themselves.

The room was very well decorated and clean. Staff and managers were extremely welcoming and nice towards my wife and myself. We really thank them for their kindness. Location is not far from Pyramids and the Grand Museum.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff looked after me like family. The manager Reham personally picked me up at the airport at 3:00am having worked a long day because she was worried about me getting to the hotel safe. They also gave me a free upgrade. All the amenities were wonderful and it was an oasis in New Cairo. Huge thank you to the reception team that we’re so kind. The cleaners were so helpful and sweet. And the most personable and lovely manager Reham was the highlight. She made my trip one to remember- I will definitely coming back! The place was super clean, new and communication was easy and any concerns dealt with right away. Worth every penny.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and easily accessible. Overall, my stay at Zones Residence exceeded expectations. Thank you so much for our stay! The views were spectacular, the sunsets simply serene. The hosts were so kind and helpful, going above and beyond for us, from an adaptor to charge our phones to personally driving my mom to the pharmacy twice when she had an allergic reaction to being bitten.

Good value for money. Hosts are very nice and make you feel at home. They offered to pick us from airport for very good price and it was convinient since flight reached early morning and taxi drivers in Egypt are a nightmare to deal with. We were welcomed by a complimentary cake and nicely decorated room as were travelling soon after marriage. A nice artistic touch to the room offering Egyptian vibe with furniture bearing pharos and Tutankhamun's era style chair was cool. Toiletries immediately made available when requested. Hosts really ensured our stay was comfortable; the water heater wasnt working the day we reached, and he got it fixed within no time. Freshly prepared home made breakfast everyday, having everything including fresh fruits, eggs, tea, cheese, egyptian delicacies. Location is in west bank, near valley of kings and not near the main restraunts, market and hustle bustle of east which can be peaceful and quiet for those seeking a quiet environment, but can be far to travel to the museum, luxor temple and other attractions in east. It wasn't a problem for us as the hosts were very kind to take us in their car everywhere we wanted to go and would pick us up too later on if we wanted to stay somewhere longer. Thanks to them we had very good meals as they knew all the good places to eat. Gave us very good advice on the average price for things like felucca ride and horse carriages and arranged best economical hot air balloon. We saved a lot of money by chosing a bus to Hurgada from Luxor, rather than flight, really thankful to Ahmed for the advice. Overall, had great time. Just like living with family.
