It was the most sensational accommodation we had in Egypt.
For Egypt, I appreciate the exceptional accommodation conditions, but at the same time the rooms are very creatively decorated. They combines a stone age look with the luxury of today.
We had extreme quietness, we rested very well.
The service staff was extremely attentive to us and the dinner and breakfast were varied, local cuisine, delicious.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area compared to the rest of the town. The staff was amazing, and this was some of the best service I have ever received. Thank you for the hospitality (excellent breakfast, restaurant recommendations, moneyexchange...). There are several local restaurants close by, within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Not once was I bothered by anyone trying to take advantage of me as a tourist. Ontime pick-up from and drop-off at the airport were arranged by them as well (extra fee).

Everything. The apartment was very well equipped, clean, has good location. We liked this apartment very much. I have to mention the staff. I've been in many countries around the world, but one of the best staff was here. The hospitality, the kindness was excellent, so we are very grateful. They asked us every day, if we needed something and helped us immediately, if we needed. The manager of the apartment was really helpful also, thanks for Him. I hope we can visít Cairo again and we will stay with them for sure.

Thank you so much for our stay! The views were spectacular, the sunsets simply serene. The hosts were so kind and helpful, going above and beyond for us, from an adaptor to charge our phones to personally driving my mom to the pharmacy twice when she had an allergic reaction to being bitten.

The resort is truly great: impressive beach, cleanliness, excellent food in every restaurant, excellent and friendly service everywhere. It is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms and big terraces, lovely pools, gardens with palms and gorgeous flowers. We enjoyed every moment and every corner. Also, you can use the a la carte restaurants od other two Jaz hotels in Marsa Mubarak (Amara and Costa Mares). We would comeback for sure and recommend Jaz Elite Rivera to everyone.

This idyllic lodge was just what I was looking for. The island setting is tranquil, overlooking the Nile. You can relax and enjoy this from the balcony of your room or the verandah below. There staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Dinner each evening after watching the sun set with boats puttering back and forth was balm for the soul.
When you arrive, the lodge will organise a boat transfer from the shore to the lodge. They can also organise a transfer from the airport to the embarkation point at the river's edge - this is the best option.
You can ask for a transfer to shore any time should you wish to do sightseeing, but would need to also organise a car to your destination. This lodge is not the choice to make if you are in Aswan for an intensive programme of sightseeing - this was not my goal and I don't intend this as criticism. When I did go to Abu Simbel, they organised a packed breakfast (you leave very early!), transfer to shore and a car to the pick up point.
