Quite and very beautiful place, clean and tidy, very pleasant owner and all personnel, loved it 👌

First of all, Mohammed and Abdelrahman who crews of the reception of the JAZ ELITE ASTERIA HOTEL are very kindfull,friendly respectfull and helpfull during our vacation. There are lots of waiters named Moustafa, we met some of them were very helpfull at the restaurants. Khalil and his beautiful personality friends at CASA BONITA MEXICAN RESTAURANT celebrated our son's birthday with local songs as a surprise :) LA DOLCE VITA ITALIAN RESTAURANT crews were very polite and cheerful. Hany, is responsible of our room, asked if we need something during our vacation. There are lots of activities at the theatre square, and very delicious foods all around the world. So of all this reasons we decided to extend our holiday at the same room, number 1101 for 2 days. I suggest everyone JAZ ELITE ASTERIA HOTEL HURGHADA for summer holidays in EGYPT :)

The best place in Luxor. The building is new, and the rooms are fully equipped, with TV, internet, smart TV, kitchenette, and a beautiful view! The host takes care of everything, and the pool and meals are excellent. I recommend it and will definitely be back!

The staffmembers were always ready to help. 24/7 available and super friendly. Every morning we received a text message asking how we were doing and if they could be of service with anything. 10/10 would recommend to others. The locations had a small supermarket next door and just two streets away is a large modern mall with a carrefour, clothing stores and many restaurant options.

Amazing! My husband Mina would like to say the following: This is by far the best resort we have ever been to. We have traveled extensively, but the service, food, and overall atmosphere here truly take everything to the next level. From check-in to check-out, Beshoy took exceptional care of us. His service was outstanding, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The level of customer service throughout the resort was beyond perfect. The food was absolutely amazing - fresh, flavorful, and of exceptional quality. A special thank you to Ghareeb for looking after our room service so well. Special thanks also to Abd El Meneem for his excellent gym training and for taking such great care of me with the exercises. We would also like to thank Abd El Reheem for taking care of us at the Mashawi restaurant, and a huge thank you to the incredible chefs at Zaytouna restaurant for the best food I have ever had in my life - truly unforgettable! Finally, special thanks to Mustafa, Ahmed, and Mahmoud for the fantastic service and amazing cocktails. What a ripper! We can’t wait to come back.

The Entertainment / Animation team makes an outstanding job with very warm atmosphere!

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area compared to the rest of the town. The staff was amazing, and this was some of the best service I have ever received. Thank you for the hospitality (excellent breakfast, restaurant recommendations, moneyexchange...). There are several local restaurants close by, within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Not once was I bothered by anyone trying to take advantage of me as a tourist. Ontime pick-up from and drop-off at the airport were arranged by them as well (extra fee).

Love Home of Isis! Wonderful and helpful staff, lovely eating breakfast at topfloor. Very cean, elgant in-and exterior design. Close to the Nile so you can take a boat to Luxor westbank with the citypuls, temples, market/bazar. Home of Isis is also close to resturants where you can sit and watch the nile. Good location

Both Muhammad are very nice and friendly, they gave us all the convenience whenever we needed. Through the conversation we have learned a lot about Egyptian culture. The view is also great, we enjoyed staying in Panorama hotel.
