We had a wonderful three-night stay at Sulatana Palace, which truly made us feel at home. Nasir, Francesca, and their entire team were incredibly attentive and took care of every detail, from accommodating our food requests to arranging taxis. Most of all, they ensured we were served clean, tasty local food, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The palace has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is consistently warm and responsive. Overall, we would rate Sulatana Palace a perfect 10/10.

Fabulous hotel, recently built. We did enjoy our one-week holiday to the fullest. Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)

The best place in Luxor. The building is new, and the rooms are fully equipped, with TV, internet, smart TV, kitchenette, and a beautiful view! The host takes care of everything, and the pool and meals are excellent. I recommend it and will definitely be back!

Everything was more than perfect 👌

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area compared to the rest of the town. The staff was amazing, and this was some of the best service I have ever received. Thank you for the hospitality (excellent breakfast, restaurant recommendations, moneyexchange...). There are several local restaurants close by, within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Not once was I bothered by anyone trying to take advantage of me as a tourist. Ontime pick-up from and drop-off at the airport were arranged by them as well (extra fee).

The breakfast was delicious. The whole are was very clean with a wonderful staff. The staff at the beach restaurant made our stay specially wonderful: Muhmud, the 3 Mohamed, Hassan, the 2 Ahmed and Abugabal.

It was exceeded my expectations, everything looks perfect. Property is super clean and elegant, it is extremely comfy and exactly matches photos. I have everything I need reachable in a very short walking distance. Host Taha is very nice professional person, he is very helpful. Staff are really great and polite. I can't complain about anything, it is very clean and comfortable property. Breakfast is mouthwatering and freshly made specially for you. I'll definitely recommend this place.

Nice, clean place, surrounded by greenery with private - belong to hotel, clean swimming pool. Hotel is situated near the most important historical place in Luxor. Its really good place to take rest after sightseeing. Hotel run by two brothers who are always willing to help and advice on local tourist attractions. I recommend specially:) morning balloon flight. Rooms are comfortable and clean. All place is clean and safe. Its beautiful view from roof taras. I recommend this place.
