Our favorite hotel during the entire Egypt trip. Rooms are spacious and clean and everything is very thoughtfully decorated. We especially liked the traditional colorful mosaic lamps in the room! The owners are a very friendly couple that will make sure you have a great stay. Breakfast in the sunny courtyard is beautiful and relaxing. The entire place is peaceful and quiet and well-maintained. From the rooftop, you can see the balloons in the morning. We highly recommend this place for everyone looking for a getaway from busy and noisy Luxor.

Everything was like a dream. The place, the view from the balcony of the room are amazing. Such a paradise retreat to go and disconnect from everything but with comfort. Rooms are clean and super new. Hot water and wifi super efficient. People there are so nice. They pick me up on a boat and organize a boat to go to Philae Temple. Breakfast also amazing!

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff looked after me like family. The manager Reham personally picked me up at the airport at 3:00am having worked a long day because she was worried about me getting to the hotel safe. They also gave me a free upgrade. All the amenities were wonderful and it was an oasis in New Cairo. Huge thank you to the reception team that we’re so kind. The cleaners were so helpful and sweet. And the most personable and lovely manager Reham was the highlight. She made my trip one to remember- I will definitely coming back! The place was super clean, new and communication was easy and any concerns dealt with right away. Worth every penny.

Everything is new, modern and impeccably maintained, which offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere from the first step into the resort. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities for perfect comfort. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is extremely comfortable - a real treat after a day spent at the beach or by the pool. The food was excellent, with a rich variety of fresh and tasty dishes, and the service offered in the restaurants was top notch. The staff is very kind, attentive and always with a smile on their faces, ready to help with anything you need. Massaouda Mazni was especially kind, nice and very friendly with us as if we had known each other for a lifetime.. The pool area is a real paradise – comfortable sun loungers, clean water and a peaceful atmosphere. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to those looking for an elegant, new and refined place to completely relax and enjoy premium services. I can't wait to come back!

The service was impeccable the staff is so attentive and friendly and genuinely kind that really makes such a difference - always willing to help and make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Everything. The apartment was very well equipped, clean, has good location. We liked this apartment very much. I have to mention the staff. I've been in many countries around the world, but one of the best staff was here. The hospitality, the kindness was excellent, so we are very grateful. They asked us every day, if we needed something and helped us immediately, if we needed. The manager of the apartment was really helpful also, thanks for Him. I hope we can visít Cairo again and we will stay with them for sure.

The room was very well decorated and clean. Staff and managers were extremely welcoming and nice towards my wife and myself. We really thank them for their kindness. Location is not far from Pyramids and the Grand Museum.

From the very first moment, they make you feel truly welcome and cared for. Incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. This is a family-run hotel, managed by two brothers, and they make you feel like part of their family. They are genuinely there for you for anything you might need (just ask) and always happy to suggest a wide variety of activities. The rooms are spotless, the common areas are beautiful, and having breakfast with a lovely view over the plantations is a real treat. The beds are very comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again!

The property is very clean and new. The location is very beautiful, it is really amazing to wake up in the morning and see the wonderful mountain of Luxor. It is a full luxury hotel in the middle of desert. The owners are very very friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended to stay at this hotel.
