We had a wonderful three-night stay at Sulatana Palace, which truly made us feel at home. Nasir, Francesca, and their entire team were incredibly attentive and took care of every detail, from accommodating our food requests to arranging taxis. Most of all, they ensured we were served clean, tasty local food, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The palace has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is consistently warm and responsive. Overall, we would rate Sulatana Palace a perfect 10/10.

Exceptional value for money Great location Great staff nothing too much trouble

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff looked after me like family. The manager Reham personally picked me up at the airport at 3:00am having worked a long day because she was worried about me getting to the hotel safe. They also gave me a free upgrade. All the amenities were wonderful and it was an oasis in New Cairo. Huge thank you to the reception team that we’re so kind. The cleaners were so helpful and sweet. And the most personable and lovely manager Reham was the highlight. She made my trip one to remember- I will definitely coming back! The place was super clean, new and communication was easy and any concerns dealt with right away. Worth every penny.

This hotel is simply outstanding. The staff members are incredibly helpful, and their motto seems to be solely focused on ensuring your satisfaction. They respond to every request with a cheerful "Of course!" The hotel grounds are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool is beautiful and impressive. The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

Exceptionality clean and spacious new rooms in a well secured building. Friendly and welcoming team. Excellent location near ring road, Maadi city center and kids station. Definitely will come back.

Cool staff and amazing roof view

From the very first moment, they make you feel truly welcome and cared for. Incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. This is a family-run hotel, managed by two brothers, and they make you feel like part of their family. They are genuinely there for you for anything you might need (just ask) and always happy to suggest a wide variety of activities. The rooms are spotless, the common areas are beautiful, and having breakfast with a lovely view over the plantations is a real treat. The beds are very comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again!

I’ve never written a review before but coming to this place needed one it’s beyond imagination, me and my husband and little daughter liked to too much , we never had a stay like this tbh . Ahmed and Christina took very good care of us they felt like our family , they think of all details the stay was very cosy , friendly and romantic the rooms were very clean the decoration, the theme , we also had a day trip to visit Luxor Ahmed was amazing in all Luxor temples and archaeological places he litteraly was very informative , they had a magic wand for you you need to go to this place with your eyes closed . Thank you Ahmed and Chrisina you were amazing , god bless you both 🙏🏻

The hotel is beautifully designed, and really nicely furnished. We stayed in a family room with pool access - it's not so much a private pool, because it's shared with a few other rooms, but you have a section of it to yourself. The hotel was opened just a few weeks ago, so it was almost entirely empty. Everyone was super nice and friendly, especially Ahmend and Khalifa in the beach bar! Location is excellent - directly in front of the hotel there is an underwater meadow, which brings turtles and sea cows in every day, there's a diving centre on the beach and the reef can be found a short swim away to the edge of the bay.
