Hotels in Egypt

Our favorite hotel during the entire Egypt trip. Rooms are spacious and clean and everything is very thoughtfully decorated. We especially liked the traditional colorful mosaic lamps in the room! The owners are a very friendly couple that will make sure you have a great stay. Breakfast in the sunny courtyard is beautiful and relaxing. The entire place is peaceful and quiet and well-maintained. From the rooftop, you can see the balloons in the morning. We highly recommend this place for everyone looking for a getaway from busy and noisy Luxor.

Everything was like a dream. The place, the view from the balcony of the room are amazing. Such a paradise retreat to go and disconnect from everything but with comfort. Rooms are clean and super new. Hot water and wifi super efficient. People there are so nice. They pick me up on a boat and organize a boat to go to Philae Temple. Breakfast also amazing!

The costumer service offered is amazing. They did everything to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the Nilo River experience.

The food & service was noticeably better than when we stayed in the Royal Suite in April 2024.

Amazing food! A lot of all-inclusive resorts don’t have the best quality of food but Jaz Amara really had great food! Snorkeling at the beach is one of the best snorkeling places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in front of the hotel. Beautiful coral with amazing fish and you easily spot turtles and stingrays as well. I haven’t been able to see a dugong but they are also there. The service is great and the animation team is amazing. Every night top-notch entertainment, it was so much fun. The entire hotel is very clean as well. 0 complaints (and if you do, they fix it right away!)

What an incredible experience!! I have been to Jaz Elite Asteria last week and we are amazed and positively surprised about the level of service while the hotel is still in the soft opening, so what does that mean for the future?! It started at the front with the contact with Hussam to coordinate in which room we would like to stay. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a cold towel and fresh juice so we felt welcome right away. After a short introduction we also got to know Mrs. Messaouda and that was a pleasure, because she was able to do a lot for us, including discussing the a la carte restaurants. Sometimes it is the little things that matter, so an ice cream by the pool or a cloth for cleaning, everything was possible! I can be brief about the food: both the buffet (morning, afternoon and evening) and the 5 a la carte restaurants are incredible in terms of possibilities, taste and variety!! We were so pleased with our wonderful week that I immediately spoke to Mrs. Messaouda about the possibilities of coming back with my family, so I would definitely recommend going to this hotel!!

The room was very well decorated and clean. Staff and managers were extremely welcoming and nice towards my wife and myself. We really thank them for their kindness. Location is not far from Pyramids and the Grand Museum.

We had a very comfortable 3 nights stay in this apartment. Room was very clean and bed comfy, and the owner very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good, Carrefour is just across the road. Highly recomended.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff looked after me like family. The manager Reham personally picked me up at the airport at 3:00am having worked a long day because she was worried about me getting to the hotel safe. They also gave me a free upgrade. All the amenities were wonderful and it was an oasis in New Cairo. Huge thank you to the reception team that we’re so kind. The cleaners were so helpful and sweet. And the most personable and lovely manager Reham was the highlight. She made my trip one to remember- I will definitely coming back! The place was super clean, new and communication was easy and any concerns dealt with right away. Worth every penny.

The resort is truly great: impressive beach, cleanliness, excellent food in every restaurant, excellent and friendly service everywhere. It is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms and big terraces, lovely pools, gardens with palms and gorgeous flowers. We enjoyed every moment and every corner. Also, you can use the a la carte restaurants od other two Jaz hotels in Marsa Mubarak (Amara and Costa Mares). We would comeback for sure and recommend Jaz Elite Rivera to everyone.
