The place is new and the pictures looked dated, came in expecting an old hotel and it was brand new, the staff exceptional made us feel at home so attentive I did not want to leave. Late check out and complimentary breakfast were the cherry on top of the pie.

Usama was so helpfull. Always smiling and willing to help. He recomended beautiful trips to Giza, Saqqara and Cairo. We spend 2 full days with guide Mohamed. He was amazing, provided a lot of relevant information, took us to good restaurants.
