The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

The staff were welcoming especially Ahmed (I hope I got his name right) at the front desk. The short bald waiter at the main restaurant was also spectacular. And the bar man at the blue bar was very friendly and helpful. They also gave me us a room upgrade. There spa was also nice, Fatima was of good help, I had the Ramsis program.
