Overall, we were very satisfied, the staff was helpful and willing. The communication from the reception before and during our holiday was great. The free transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the harbour when we left for Disko Island was seamless.

Amazing views of the ice fjords from your room to such caring hotel hosts who pick you up and drop you off at the airport - everything here was beyond what we had expected. The room was big and so neat! Early check-in and late check-out was also handled very congenially.
