If it were possible to give an eleven, this would be the best rating for this lovely mountain inn. The hospitality that we experienced was exceptional. Our host Pavlina was warm & personable, and also as we discovered, an amazing chef. We arrived late after a long travel, tired & hungry. It seems our every need was anticipated and provided for with complete grace & charm. Pavlina served us a dinner of full of fresh ingredients and great flavors, & the little touches that you noticed on each plate revealed the soul of an artist. Pavlina served us a cheesecake of her own recipe that was so delicate & delicious, topped w/ freshly picked cherries from the garden, which is the best I've had. (Note: I grew up in lower Manhattan, perhaps the cheesecake capitol of the world.) The house itself is spacious and embodies a sense of rustic charm and luxury, and is wonderfully situated in a stunning, pristine valley populated by oak trees and riven with wild flowers. There was a fresh branch of tiny wild roses left on or bathroom shelf, which is typifies the attention to detail that the family has invested in this project. This is a highly recommended place, certainly ranking among our top traveling experiences.

We were amazed by the staff, there was nothing to big or small, from the moment we walked in until we left 3 days later they were constantly making our stay wonderful. Special mention to Martine and Dimitris, also to the reception team and coffee maker. Breakfast was excellent every day, and the spa facilities at Casaly were perfect for us. We cannot more highly recommend Canale, Casaly and Costa Costa beach club. Thank you all so much!

An unforgettable stay at Emerald Tinos – pure perfection! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Emerald Tinos, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the entire experience was. Every corner feels curated with care, from the stylish interiors to the immaculately kept outdoor spaces. The views over the Aegean Sea are absolutely mesmerizing, especially at sunrise and sunset—it felt like a dream. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every comfort I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens soft and fresh, and the amenities top-notch. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how quiet the surroundings were—it’s the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. The service was equally outstanding. The team at Emerald Tinos went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They were attentive, kind, and full of wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more memorable. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or a luxurious base to explore Tinos, Emerald Tinos is everything you could hope for—and more. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. 10/10 – Highly recommend!

The place was fantastic. One of the best I have every stayed at during 20 years of Greek island explorations and a lot of traveling abroad as well. The facilities were great, the pool/jacuzzi were wonderful to use at night and the host did everything to make us feel comfortable. We loved the snacks she prepared for us during our stay at the beach and also letting me pick some of the wild oregano that grows everywhere around the property. She really made a difference when it comes to making our stay more enjoyable.

Lovely small hotel with excellent breakfast, great staff with attention to detail and always willing to help. Rooms were more than comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, shampoos are from Rituals (I loved them). They even helped with some laundries free of charge. The shared pool was amazing of course. The town is 10min to Oia, perfect place to stay and enjoy some quietness. Still we can walk to Oia for diner easily. The hotel provides a parking spot.

The staff was very welcoming and very professional especially our host Luke... I would totally recommend this place... It is very spacious and has everything you need.. And its around 10 min walk from the bus stop to Fira

Great service, excellent location and beautiful suites

Stilish location right in the middle of Ioaninna. They organised a van transfer to and from the parking lot, people and luggage.

Beautiful rooms with private pool areas, with access to the larger hotel’s facilities so everything is taken care of. The entire staff and Anna, the head of guest services, in particular, is so helpful in arranging great things around the island and making amazing recommendations. Really easy to get around
