I love the rooms and the pool. It felt like a secret get away for my family & I. The staff were amazing and helpful and not just because it was their job. The entire staff, had great hospitality and a lot of respect. Service was so fast, even for room service. The housekeeper on the 8th floor, she was always so great. Sadly I didn’t get to catch her name but she was so patient and kind to my family. The surrounding stores were so convenient to us. For a 3.5 star hotel. We absolutely loved it and will be coming back again. Thank you Guam plaza staff for all your services. See you guys in September.

This property was lovely. The rooms had a such an eye for the important details in a room: well appointed bathroom (loved the toiletries), stocked coffee and tea service, comfortable bedding, a working desk, plenty of storage, good WiFi, and outlets where you needed them. The hotel has a great gym and pool area. The neighborhood is vibrant with lots of local restaurants within a short walk.
That said, the best part of the Tano is the staff. They were so kind and helpful from the moment I was picked up at the airport until I was driven back at the end of my stay. Many thanks Axel, Haven, and Ara. You are magical.

We arrived in the wee hours in the morning. Reception lady was kind enough to expedite the check in so we can rest asap.

The room I stayed in was renovated compared to my last stay. The room is clean and well-maintained. Staff are amiable and approachable. The location is close to different shopping centers/boutiques, and convenience stores.

Guam reef was an awesome stay for a week long visit home to see family and friends. Infinity pool was awesome. Amazing friendly staff at the poolside bar/restaurant, James and Clyde are top notch and always went the extra mile during our poolside dining. : ) 100% recommend.
