Super friendly staff. Great food. The Club checkin stuff very helpful. Seriously, this hotel has all you need in terms of food and facilities. Will be back for sure. Get club area - bfast is super there.

With pride of place on Kowloon’s vibrant waterfront, at the heart of Hung Hom Bay, Kerry Hotel Hong Kong by Shangri-la is an urban lifestyle resort offering guests unique dining concepts,... Very clean, location is good, gym has many choices and staff were cleaning the machine all the time. At my last night, I need to print out a very important document urgently, one of the staff ( Kay) helped me with patient and caring in the middle of the night. Very appreciate her help!

A special thank you goes to Priscila Ochoa, who truly went above and beyond. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth made me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my entire stay. From seamless check-ins to helping coordinate every detail, Priscila ensured everything was handled flawlessly. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on all fronts – world-class service, fantastic dining, and stunning design. The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... Everything was fantastic. We had no issues during our stay. The staff were polite and very helpful. The atmosphere was lovely. Easy access to the citygate mall and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus (no issues there too)

Situated at Victoria Dockside in Hong Kong, K11 ARTUS is only a few steps away from K11 MUSEA and Avenue of Stars. Everything about the hotel was amazing, starting from the special scent of the hotel that can’t be described to the reception from the staff during check in to the room it self and the facilities it had to the swimming pool and gym. Staying here was a lovely experience. The hotel is located in a perfect place viewing the Harbour. Had a direct link to the musea mall. Steps away from Nathan road museum of space, museum of art and avenue of stars. Highly recommend

Shama Hub Metro South Hong Kong se nachází v Hong Kongu a nabízí služby concierge, nekuřácké ubytování, fitness centrum, bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a sdílený lounge. The room is bigger than most hotel rooms in HK. Mountain View is nice . Location is really convenient as it is close to mtr. Steps away to take minibus and buses to Aberdeen for local local food. Storage space is ample for longer stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.
