The rooms are amazing and the Harbor view is priceless less. The best hotel gym I’ve been in my life and amazing pool. Breakfast is also another league. Kudos.

This hotel was very impressive, from the entrance to the room. It is 10 stars hotel. The workers at the entrance are very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. A lady will guide you to the elevator, and then at reception, well-trained staff handle your booking efficiently. I was upgraded to a room for a small charge, but the view was marvelous. The room was clean, with a great atmosphere, unique design, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The food is excellent, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The service experience is unforgettable—something that can't be easily described. In Hong Kong, no hotel is better than the Ritz-Carlton. When I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location in Central Hong Kong. Spotlessly clean and room type reserved was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent, professional and very attentive staff. Great HK and harbor view from the room. Aubrey bar & restaurant is great on the 25th floor.

We stayed at this hotel in the central Wan Chai area, located above Hop Well Mall, and had a wonderful experience.
The service was excellent from check-in onwards—the staff at the lobby, restaurant, and housekeeping were all professional and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with a beautiful mountain view.
Breakfast was outstanding! A wide and high-quality selection, including bread, cheeses, salads, eggs, muesli, cakes, coffee, soups, and Asian dishes. A truly luxurious breakfast.
One of the great advantages of this hotel is its direct access to the mall, which is very convenient. There’s also a supermarket inside, which was really useful.
The only downside is the access to the hotel—you need to take an elevator to the 3rd floor and then switch to another elevator to reach the lobby on the 19th floor. Once you understand the way, it’s not really an issue.
We had a great stay and will definitely return!
