I’ve been to Satama many times and I really love it. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The rooms, the bar, the pool, breakfast is always delicious shutout to the chefs.

The staff was very helpful. We are grateful for them. We've been served well, the food is amazing (generous on the breakfast!). The hotel is centrally located and I thoroughly enjoyed the activities offered in the lobby by night : concert, salsa night etc.

The room was very spacious and clean, I like the way they preserve the electricity as soon as we leave the room. The internet was the best, never once had an issue. And we really appreciated the respect they show towards us when it came to paying for things, they're not greedy over there, they care about you not the money.
