Fosshotel Mývatn is located next to Lake Mývatn, 4.2 mi to the Mývatn Nature Baths. The hotels provides free WiFi and free private parking. It was the best hotel we stayed in this year in Iceland. The room is comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. Breakfast is good, with a lot of choices. We also had dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and we were happy with the food also.

Best place we stayed at during our trip. Everything was lovely, big comfortable room, the outside area was great, all very pretty, we just wished we stayed longer

Located in Ölfus, 30 miles from The Pearl, Hotel Kvika has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. Wonderful sauna and hot tub, and cosy shared areas. The food and drinks available at all hours was so welcome after a long day.

Located in Gardur, Lighthouse-Inn offers accommodations with free WiFi and a garden with a sun terrace and sea views. All units feature air conditioning and a satellite flat-screen TV. I LOVED everything about the Lighthouse Inn! The perfect location to see the Northern Lights, plus beautiful cosy wooden rooms, and an amazing restaurant in-house!

Set 17 mi from Hella and 7.5 mi from Laugaland, Landhotel features a garden, bar and free WiFi. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Our stay at Landhótel was wonderful. The room was cozy, modern, and the location was perfect. We loved their unique wake-up call for the northern lights, which made the experience even more special. We initially booked two nights but ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Opened in June 2018, Hotel 1001 Nott offers modern accommodations 3.1 mi from Egilsstadir. The hotel features outdoor hot tubs overlooking Lake Lagarfljót. There is also an on-site bar. We had a lovely stay. The room was nice and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the surroundings absolutely stunning. Absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the eastern area of Iceland.

Offering a restaurant, the property also has a shared lounge, as well as a sauna and a hot tub.... It very stylish hotel. Calm and beautiful location. Nice and cosy rooms. Good breakfast with a nice view. The restaurant also sems good, but we didn't manage to try it, as we arrived late.

Located in Akureyri, 24 miles from Godafoss Waterfall, Hotel Halond has accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The rooms come with a patio. The place was big , clean and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable and the dining area was clean and orderly. The coffee maker in the room is a nice amenity.
