Unbeatable view and room design. Aside from that, it's the best balance between a full service hotel and the privacy of an Airbnb-like rental. The experience itself is very intimate and catered as there are a very limited number of rooms and guests at a time. The staff were very ready to help with absolutely anything at all. The honesty bar is also AWESOME for having some drinks without the fuss of going to a hotel bar - feels just like going to your kitchen to fix a drink at home.

Everything! What a wonderful hotel!
We stayed for one night. The room was big and comfortable with a small balcony. The bad was king size which is not common in Iceland and it was very comfortable.
The dinner (which has to be preorderd) and the breakfast were great with good variety.
The staff was really nice and helpful.
This is a good place to see the northern lights.

So much space in a one bedroom. Excellent kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed. Very kind staff who helped me out when I arrived. Especially appreciate the shower downstairs when we arrived at 6am.
