All units feature air conditioning and a satellite flat-screen TV. - the peaceful and cosy atmosphere of this little wooden hotel in the middle of nowehere - the kindness of the staff, who always did its best to meet my requirements - the restaurant : oh my god! Never ate so well in Iceland! - the room was quite big and comfortable - the view I really wanted to thank everyone for making me feel like home, I will definetely miss that feeling even after only two nights there, and Ill be back !:)

Located in Ölfus, 30 miles from The Pearl, Hotel Kvika has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. The hotel is located in a beautiful, scenic area. We arrived late, but the letter and room key were waiting for us at the reception. The hotel has many cozy seating areas and good Wi-Fi. Outside, there is a sauna and hot tubs – it was a wonderful opportunity to relax. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Opened in June 2018, Hotel 1001 Nott offers modern accommodations 3.1 mi from Egilsstadir. The hotel features outdoor hot tubs overlooking Lake Lagarfljót. There is also an on-site bar. Cozy place to stay inside the forest with beautiful lake view

Located in Geysir, a few steps from Geysir, Hotel Geysir provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. This was our second time to stay in this hotel. Percect location just a few steps from the geysir area. The breakfast is very good with a view to the Strokkur geysir. The rooms are comfortable (good beds, big windows, nice bathroom)

Fosshotel Mývatn is located next to Lake Mývatn, 4.2 mi to the Mývatn Nature Baths. The hotels provides free WiFi and free private parking. Breakfast was delicious and good value, rooms were nice. Good location to site seeing in the area.

This hotel is quietly located 1.2 mi from Lake Mývatn and 30 minutes’ drive from the Godafoss Waterfall and Krafla Crater. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with modern furnishings. Loved the place very scenic. The staff was amazing too. We were running late for dinner at the hotel and the restaurant was going to close by the time we got there. The Staff managed to put away food for us on the side this way when we got to the hotel we had all the meals ready. Thank you hotel Laxa for the great hospitality and good stay!

Located in Siglufjörður, Siglo Hotel by Keahotels offers 4-star accommodations with a terrace and a bar. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a shared lounge, as well as a sauna and a hot tub.... One of the my best stays in Iceland. Enjoyed the outdoor hot bath, which the property also offers indoor sauna (but note operational at selected timings only). The room is lovely with a window overseeing the 'boat on the dock'. There is a common area for people to gather and chat, with central heating in the centre. The breakfast buffet was great too, served in the restaurant, and you get to enjoy nice views as well ... however, they close the restaurant when breakfast is over, meaning all patrons will be asked to adjourn elsewhere. The bar is open in the evenings, but pretty pricey so go easy on the alcohol :)
