The room and staff were super friendly. Ahmed at the front desk was really kind and helpful with our room. I would say this hotel is ideal for getting to petra as it's only 15 minutes away by walking. Or 3 minutes drive. The room was clean and new. Hot showers, with great pressure. Room s arr large and very spacious with a great balcony with a view of the city. Tourism stret 3 minutes away has restaurants and pharmacy.if required. Highly recommend.

This is the New Beirut Hotel, not to be confused with the old one where our taxi dropped us off. We were a little worried at first, but the nice man there walked us over to the new hotel, and it was very nice and super clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. They held our bags while we explored Amman, and the breakfast was delicious! The location is good, a 15-minute walk to Rainbow Street (with some stairs) for local shops and restaurants, or a short taxi ride to the Citadel, and a 20-minute walk to the museum. It even has an elevator!
