From the management, front desk/reception, security, housekeeping, both restaurant staff; each encounter was always a prompt and efficient. My family cannot thank the Dusit Princess Hotel team enough for making our stay exceptional we had extend our stay! We will most certainly return when in Nairobi again and have already shared with family and friends.

Everything was at the highest possible level, every detail, every service. Excellent breakfast. Always smiling staff who are always there when you need them. The complex of the hotel with all its passages and elevators. Beautiful rooms surrounded by greenery that provide you with a wonderful dream. Until now, I have never had a problem writing a few words about my hotel stays, but this time it is really difficult for me to find the words to describe the excellence that this hotel provides together with the staff.

Everything about the property was top class including the very friendly courteous helpful staff everywhere. Classy interiors spacious rooms bathrooms with Spanish tiles and both bathtub and shower cubicle. Good toiletries. Good quality coffee and tea in room. Lots of extra water bottles. A very nice gym and a lovely short skywalk. Great plush bed and pillows. Had a wonderful night’s peaceful sleep. Great breakfast spread and a top notch steakhouseTHE HIDE. I haven’t tried their Indian restaurant. Special thanks to Joan at reception David the bellboy Francis I think the trainer at the gym and Stephanie at the steakhouse. If I ever come to Nairobi again I would definitely stay here. I wish the hotel lot of success
