The hotel is very new and clean. Everything in the room is flawless. The staffs are very welcoming and pleasant. The whole hotel is very relaxing, from the lobby to the pool. Walking distance to the pub street. We weren't able to taste the breakfast included since our tour started so early but they offered to pack us some breakfast meal.

Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel in Siem Reap offers a 5-star experience with a rooftop swimming pool, spa facilities, sun terrace, and lush gardens. Absolutely amazing hotel and experience from start to end. The staff is doing their outmost to make the stay comfortable, helps with booking turistic tours, packs lunch in case of early leave, and very kind. The swimming pool is gorgeous on the top floor with a nice bar and view over the city. The location is perfect with many shops, restaurants and spa nearby. I cannot wait to stay again there in Siem Reap!

Külalised saavad baaris jooke nautida.... The resort is beautiful and kept very clean. I really loved the smell when I first entered my room and I was able to check in at 10am which is nice. Pool is large and water is perfect temperature, staff also carried all of my bags all the way to the pier which is a lifesaver because there are no roads it’s just sand everywhere. Plenty of sunbeds to use so you never have to fight for one and wifi works well.

I recently had the pleasure of returning after a previous stay, and I must say, I was once again thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. They remembered me from my previous visit and went out of their way to make my stay even more special this time around. The level of personalized service is truly outstanding, and it’s clear they value their returning guests. The room was as comfortable and well-maintained as always, with all the little touches that make a stay feel extra special. It’s always a pleasure to stay at a place where you’re not just another guest – the staff genuinely make you feel like part of the family. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable experience! I’ll definitely be back again soon and will continue recommending this wonderful hotel to others.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! It truly deserves the title of the Best Hotel in town. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, contributing to a very comfortable atmosphere. The pool was large and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing dip. Each morning, I enjoyed the Best Breakfast with a wonderful selection that catered to all tastes. The amazing staff and management were incredibly welcoming and made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return!

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkla, terrassi ja restoraniga The Jungle asub Siĕm Réabis, 1,1 km kaugusel King's Road Angkorist. I could not recommend The Jungle enough! I am a 22 year old girl travelling by myself and for the whole duration of my stay (2 days) I was made to feel very welcome and safe. To begin, I was met on arrival with a cold towel, fresh fruit and a local drink which, in the Cambodian heat, was very welcomed. I was then led to my room which was big, comfortable and clean with my own private balcony over looking the pool area. The Jungle 'theme' was what made it for me. Down to the interior design of the room, this place really lived up to its name with a special mention going to the pool and restaurant area which really made me feel like I was actually in a jungle. Considering how central it is (literally a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Siem Reap) and being only 20 minutes away from Angkor Wat, this place was so tranquil and the perfect location for people wanting a relaxing vacation as well as those wanting to experience more of the nightlife. I would like to give Mr Chea (one of their drivers) a special mention for making my tour of Angkor Wat and the other temples so easy and for paying attention to the finer details of the trip. For example, as the tour meant visiting 4+ temples in the space of 4-5 hours, Mr Chea was always waiting for me once I exited the temples, told me to take my time and was very clear with his instructions. More importantly, after I returned from every temple, he met me with a cold towel and cold bottle of water. I cannot stress enough how much this helped me given how it was 34 degrees and I was spending 90% of my time walking around the temples in the sun and sweating beyond compare. Once I returned from the tour to the hotel, even though I had already checked out, the hotel gave me another cold towel and allowed me to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport for my flight home. It is these details that separate this hotel from others and what made my stay with them so memorable! I will definitely be back!

Exceptional service by the staff; their delightful personalities; the attention by the operations manager, Vi; the fact that all the staff knew our names by the first day; the comfortable and welcoming decor; the (huge) size of the rooms; the food choices in the restaurant; the 2 for 1 cocktails at happy hour... we could go on, but sufficient to say it felt like being at home at The Elephant.

This was probably my favourite hotel during our three weeks in Cambodia and Vietnam. I loved everything about it. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our 16yr old is 6ft2inches and hit his head on the hotel sign on the street. The next day, they invited him to stand under the sign….they had moved the sign higher!! Exceptional service!! Our rooms were spacious and immaculate and the pool was a quiet oasis under the lush canopy. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a charming and cozy atmosphere with beautiful decor and a relaxing pool area. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is peaceful yet still close to the city center.
