A nice new hotel with nicely decorated and clean rooms a short walking distance to the night market and pub street. Pool looks very nice but only stayed one night and didn’t have time to enjoy it.

Absolutely outstanding! I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but this one truly stands out. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special mention goes to Mr. Bunny and his brother, who went above and beyond to assist us, including organizing a seamless tour. The à la carte breakfast offered variety too. The hotel itself was perfect, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The rooftop pool was a good bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I also want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Leapheng, our tour guide, for making our Angkor Wat experience unforgettable. He ensured my father, who has mobility challenges, was well-accommodated throughout the tour—a level of care that truly touched my family. Even the hotel’s tuk-tuk drivers were a pleasure to deal with, consistently offering lower rates than others in the city while providing friendly and reliable service. If you’re visiting Siem Reap, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—it’s a gem!

The Nature is an incredibly beautiful hotel, the staff showed us the greatest hospitality and care, they took care of every single need and arranged everything for us. The rooms are exceptional and the pool is the best one I've seen ever.

We had an exceptional stay at Muni Residence. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family—with refreshing fruit juice, fresh fruit, and the kindness of early check-in after a long journey. After returning from a full day out, we were touched to be greeted with a delicious, homemade traditional Cambodian dessert—just one of the many thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the generous in-room offerings: a great selection of tea, coffee, water, and snacks, along with high-quality complimentary toiletries. The surrounding gardens were peaceful and beautifully maintained, and the pool was immaculate—truly the cleanest we’ve seen across all our travels in Southeast Asia. We highly recommend Muni Residence to anyone visiting Battambang. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with warmth and genuine hospitality. We truly felt like part of the family.

This is a really nice hotel! Dont be intimidated if you are an english speaker and can’t read the name of the hotel on the booking.com website. It’s Bavet-Mocbai Hotel. The staff and managers went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. Special thank you to Chris and Ruos Oly for their excellent service! I was having a tough day when I arrived. I was waiting on a evisa to cross the border and it didn’t process on time, so I had to stay near the border overnight. Chris sent some lovely fruit to my room after I checked in which was very kind and thoughtful. They also helped me get to the bus station in the morning after my visa came through so I could get to Ho Chi Minh City on schedule. Their care and attention to detail was really extraordinary! The room I stayed in was beautiful! It was large, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! So comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. The room lighting was perfect with lots of options to adjust. Spacious bathroom with all the things I might need. There was a desk area, small fridge and other refreshments available. After my stressful day, the staff helped turn my day around. I appreciate their kindness! It was a lovely stay, I highly recommend the Bavet-Mocbai Hotel.

This is one of the best places we've stayed in. It's affordable yet very beautiful. All of the staffs were very kind, friendly, helpful and very attentive to your needs. The service is everything! Everytime we arrive from our tours, we were given cold face towels and fruit juices. They can arrange your meals from breakfast to dinner and it's affordable too compared to the food in the city. Definitely a must place/bungalow to stay in if you happen to be in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
