It was all I could ever ask for. It is so close to the night market, gift shops, spas, pubs and the amenities were top-notch! The staff were all so kind! They will always help you with genuine hearts! The receptionists were all amazing! The service staff were super helpful. The manager is so amazing and he ensures I am having the best experience!

It's a 10⭐ 😅. We had an excellent stay here, not to mention it's near the Angkor Wat, about 30mins via tuktuk ride. For first time traveller in Cambodia, the staff made our stay so special. From free airport pick-up, free breakfast...they even upgrade our room to a VIP room without extra charge 😂. Room is big and clean. Everybody was so accommodating especially Mr. Bunny who make sure we are having a great time here. I will definitely recommend this Hotel if you're going to visit Siem Reap. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a really nice hotel! Dont be intimidated if you are an english speaker and can’t read the name of the hotel on the booking.com website. It’s Bavet-Mocbai Hotel. The staff and managers went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. Special thank you to Chris and Ruos Oly for their excellent service! I was having a tough day when I arrived. I was waiting on a evisa to cross the border and it didn’t process on time, so I had to stay near the border overnight. Chris sent some lovely fruit to my room after I checked in which was very kind and thoughtful. They also helped me get to the bus station in the morning after my visa came through so I could get to Ho Chi Minh City on schedule. Their care and attention to detail was really extraordinary!
The room I stayed in was beautiful! It was large, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! So comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. The room lighting was perfect with lots of options to adjust. Spacious bathroom with all the things I might need. There was a desk area, small fridge and other refreshments available.
After my stressful day, the staff helped turn my day around. I appreciate their kindness! It was a lovely stay, I highly recommend the Bavet-Mocbai Hotel.

The staff was very nice, helpful, really one of the best places we've been in Cambodia. Hotel has a tuktuk, and the center is just 7 mins. Foods very also amazing in the hotel's restaurant with khmer and western foods as well. Rooms are clean, well equipped.
