The hotel looks splendid. The art pieces, the flower arrangements, the beautiful high-floor reception.
The room was amazing. Tastefully furnished, clean and with all the amenities one can think of. The bed-sheets are soft and the towels are thicker than my winter coat.
The hotel is very well-staffed and request are taken care of seriously and promptly.
The location is convenient, within walking distance to subway stations and many buses. The hotel is also connected to a mall with a convenience store, nice cafe and a good Italian restaurant.
The breakfast is fantastic. I had to restraint myself.
While the hotel itself is fairly small and lacks some of the facilities of larger hotels, in terms of quality and beauty it rivals luxury hotels like Tokyo's Okura. I actually like the fact that the hotel is fairly intimate (just 9 floors of guest rooms).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Seoul. The highlight was definitely the service from the staff. Each person we met was very polite, professional and helpful. A special thank you to Summer at the front desk who helped check us in and all the front staff that worked so seamlessly together. The room was amazing and very clean, we have nothing but good things to say. We will definitely be back when we get the chance.

restful night's sleep. In addition, the massage chairs on the second floor were a delightful treat, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. Their soothing features made it easy to melt away tension and enjoy a moment of tranquility. The combination of cozy accommodations and luxurious amenities greatly enhanced the experience.

The service was excellent, staff was exceptionally friendly, they helped us with any requests.
Rooms were super clean and well designed.
The location was very great too, 3-4 minutes walk to 2 different metro lines, plenty of tires and nice street food available just below the hotel.

I choose one night in this poolhouse villa, because who doesn't want their own pool. It's extremely spacious and it even has its own musical installation to which you can connect with your own BT device. Excellent.
