St. Regis Astana se nachází na břehu řeky Ishim v srdci Central Parku v hlavním městě Kazachstánu. Věž Bayterek, náměstí Nezávislosti a opera Astana jsou vzdálené 15 minut jízdy. The staff at the St. Regis Astana is, without a doubt, in a league of their own. So very helpful and genuinely caring. We had requested a quiet room, they provided and I have rarely slept as well as I did. They had also customized the room with, among other things, a huge balloon with a map of all the places we had visited (based on information I had provided prior to arriving) which was a wonderful surprise. I had made a mistake in my booking (I booked a night too many) but staff made sure we weren’t charged for it. The food and service at breakfast is also extremely good and we usually didn’t feel like eating again for the rest of the day! We also enjoyed the service in the bar where we had excellent cocktails. We stayed in a suite, which was very large and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable sitting area and a large bathroom. The soft bed was wonderful after experiencing the hard beds in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. The temperature inside was comfortable, with quiet climate control. The property is located close to a park and an outside museum, with all the main attractions within 15 – 20 minutes of driving. Honestly, we would have liked to stay for many more nights and we would love to come back again.

The hotel is really fascinating (like the name and the shape of it) the rooms are very big, clean, comfortable especially the bed and the bedlinen 👌 you have everything in the room: water, cafe, tea, some welcome chocolate. The breakfast is absolute superb: you can choose a'la carte from a wide range of foods and each of them are very delciousous - hard to choose. There is 3 different restaurant: we tried all of them and were very satisfied: steak, italian and asian. The spa is really good.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Staff is terrific. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food at Emilya is excellent.

Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty se nachází v Almaty, 20 km od Medea, a nabízí ubytování s restaurací, bezplatným soukromým parkovištěm, fitness centrem a barem. The staff at the reception was so friendly and helpful they asked the Chef in the kitchen to make pancakes for my daughter (just for her) although it was not on the menu, because we arrived late for breakfast and she was sad she missed the pancakes! They also ordered taxi for us to and from hotel because our phone was not functional outside of the hotel! Highly recommend!

KARAVANSARAY Turkistan Harbour Hotel -FLYING THEATRE ACCESS se nachází v destinaci Türkistan a nabízí bar. Amazing hotel, very modern and very well-decorated. My room had a nice view over the Harbour, all the amenities necessary, it is spacious, nice TV, beautiful bathrooms, and free access to Spa (sauna/hammam/turkish bath) + the flying theater which is a must-do! I’ve had lunch in the restaurant and in room-dining service and would definitely recommend this place!

Resident City Hotel se nachází 700 metrů od centra Almaty a nabízí ubytování s restaurací, bezplatným soukromým parkovištěm, fitness centrem a barem. We have an early flight the next morning and the staff are kind enough to provide us take away box for breakfast.

Rixos Turkistan se nachází v destinaci Türkistan a má terasu, bar a masérské služby. Na místě můžete využívat hammam. Everything was perfect. The rooms IS so spacious and comfortable. The spa and thé fitness room are excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very professional and helps you to make your stay the best possible. We really want to come back here.

Wyndham Garden Astana se nachází v Astaně, 5 minut chůze od nákupního centra MEGA Silk Way a výstaviště Expo 2017 Astana. Nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Decent hotel with view to the mosque on the one side, 10 minutes walk to the center. Well equipped gym. Good breakfast. Helpful personnel. Neat suites. Recommend.

Dostyk Business Hotel se nachází v destinaci Aktau a poskytuje ubytování s terasou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm a barem. Pláž Aktau je 1,5 km daleko. It is a very comfortable modern hotel with a nice and large room. The reception was very kind and they organized both a taxi transfer for us in the morning (very early) and a packed breakfast because of the early morning flight. Good location to take a walk on your own and see some places and shops
