It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to after visiting more than 130 countries. The building itself is impressive but the staff is what makes it special. Congratulations for caring about every single detail, it’s very appreciated. Exceptional costumer relations service! Definitely recommended.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back! Thank you!

Decent hotel with view to the mosque on the one side, 10 minutes walk to the center. Well equipped gym. Good breakfast. Helpful personnel. Neat suites. Recommend.

Hotell Veil asub Astanas, Baytereki monumendist 3 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on restoran, tasuta eraparkla, baar ning spaa- ja tervisekeskus. Majutusasutuses on ka toateenindus ja laste mänguväljak. The hotel design is so nice. The facilitate is exceptional. The hotel is very close to the city.

Dostyk Business Hotel asub Aktaus, 1,5 km kaugusel Aktau rannast. Kohapeal on terrass, tasuta eraparkla, restoran ja baar. Selles neljatärnihotellis on pangaautomaat ja concierge. In this hotel you'll face a really high-level professional service, very unique in Central Asia. Anywhere inside the building you'll feel their striving for your satisfaction. This quality would meet the standard expected anywhere in the world. It was the best choice to start and finish our Mangystau offroad tour staying in this hotel.

The St. Regis Astana asub Ishimi jõe kaldal Kasahstani pealinna keskse pargi südames. Baytereki torn, Vabaduse väljak ja Astana ooper jäävad 15-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele. The staff at the St. Regis Astana is, without a doubt, in a league of their own. So very helpful and genuinely caring. We had requested a quiet room, they provided and I have rarely slept as well as I did. They had also customized the room with, among other things, a huge balloon with a map of all the places we had visited (based on information I had provided prior to arriving) which was a wonderful surprise. I had made a mistake in my booking (I booked a night too many) but staff made sure we weren’t charged for it. The food and service at breakfast is also extremely good and we usually didn’t feel like eating again for the rest of the day! We also enjoyed the service in the bar where we had excellent cocktails. We stayed in a suite, which was very large and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable sitting area and a large bathroom. The soft bed was wonderful after experiencing the hard beds in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. The temperature inside was comfortable, with quiet climate control. The property is located close to a park and an outside museum, with all the main attractions within 15 – 20 minutes of driving. Honestly, we would have liked to stay for many more nights and we would love to come back again.

The rooms IS so spacious and comfortable. The spa and thé fitness room are excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very professional and helps you to make your stay the best possible. We really want to come back here.
