Absolutely perfect, great value for money, cosy, homely, and the bathrooms are really nice with nice tiling and clean feel. Unusually soft beds for Laos, which was nice. Food was delicious as well. The owner is awesome, and really helpful if you for any questions. The dog is a bonus. Recommend highly, just understand that it's a bit out of town, but scooters are available for rent.

And the staff were the sweetest, gracious and genuine Laotian women

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The hotel looked brand new, very clean and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have slept in in SE Asia! The bedroom was spacious and modern. The air conditioning worked well, the water pressure was strong and the shower had plenty of hot water. The bathroom was well appointed with a separate shower area. The towels and linen were nice and new. It was great to have a wardrobe with a safe, along with a separate table and chairs to sit and drink coffee. Breakfast was included and was delicious, with plenty of choice. The service was excellent too! The staff were very friendly! I got lots of helpful advice from the front desk about sightseeing. They also have a nice pool and gym but I didn't use either. I can't recommend this hotel enough! It was fantastic!

Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved this little new hotel. Beautiful building with extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend. Oh and the breakfast was fantastic.

When I first checked in I was amazed by the hospitality, information given and how painless everything went. I have only experienced this in one other country, Vietnam. It was then clear to me which country Steve and Jessica was from. They did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible, and they were always so happy and welcoming. I booked my train tickets with them, and they even helped my friend, which wasn’t even a guest at their hotel. The room and facilities were also perfect, so no complaints there either.
