The room was very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the balcony and they enjoyed looking at the people and cars passing by on the street. This hotel is very close to all the main attractions in the area and everything is at a walking distance. The breakfast was simple, tasty and there were good amount of options. The staff are very helpful and they speak English well. We had a great time at this hotel. We didn't get around to using the pool, but we sat next to it during our stay and it appeared clean and well maintained. The rooms had adequate privacy, the bathroom was well stocked and the room service attendants were very nice and helpful.

Clean, comfortable room - ample space. Bathroom with walk in shower. We booked a room with a balcony which led into the pool. Staff very helpful and attentive. Great location - quiet but only a 10 mins walk to the Main Street.

From the receptionist to the waiters, everyone is extremely friendly, polite and always willing to help. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they were still happy to arrange a room quickly. Once the air conditioning in the room was a bit weak, the staff immediately changed the room without any trouble. Every morning, they always greet me with a friendly smile, making me feel right at home. The service attitude is beyond expectations for a mid-range hotel — very professional, but still warm and friendly. This is the biggest plus that makes me want to come back here!”

But what really sets it apart is the rooftop – don’t miss sunset up there! It’s easily one of the best views in the city – stunning panoramic sights of the mountains and river that are truly unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!
