We mentioned it was our first time in Beirut, that we were celebrating my birthday and a possible proposal, and they immediately offered a complimentary upgrade to the Junior Suite, complete with beautiful decorations, champagne, and thoughtful surprises. When we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our suite was breathtaking, with a balcony view from the 18th floor, a cozy bathtub, and a dreamy atmosphere. Mr. Ali checked us in with professionalism, humor, and warmth, instantly making us feel at home. Though we stayed just one night, it felt like a full vacation. We even explored the 31st floor for more stunning views. Emanuela went out of her way to capture beautiful photos for us, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. Highlights of our stay included the team retrieving our ATM card after it slipped into the elevator, the delicious food, the relaxing spa, and the cozy pool area with fresh towels and excellent service. ✨ In only one night, Al Habtoor Beirut gave us memories we will cherish forever. They turned a birthday and proposal into an unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ali, Emanuela, the hotel manager, and the entire team. It was a great stay. the hotel was cute and well decorated. I was really impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff.

I loved the general vibe of the hotel, it was very quiet and the staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and the air conditioning was always on (which is a plus considering the electricity status of the country). Would recommend it for anyone who’s looking for a stay in a place located in the heart of Beirut.

The suite was stylish, spotless, and super comfortable, and the jacuzzi took it to the next level. Perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The next morning, the delivered to my room their breakfast, which is a Lebanese breakfast with labneh, eggs, white cheese, and vegetables. The whole team was kind, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. This place is a hidden gem and I'll definitely be booking again.

Ali was a wonderful host. The room was spacious and cozy. The free breakfast was filling and delicious, and the restaurant/lounge were full of charm. Perfect stay! Cedars of the Gods is only 1 minute away.

Lovely hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of Lebanon. Nice distance between Bcharre, the Cedars, and Qadisha Valley. Room was clean - and I've never seen a satellite package on the TV with so many channels (after a nice dinner, spent part of the evening switching between Iraq Idol and a chatshow from Cote d'Ivoire...). Staff were very friendly.

It had all the amenities that you could hope for and was very well maintained.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. One would only understand if they stayed there. Staff is wonderful and professional to represent the concept of hospitality. Mr. Dmetri, the manager, was so helpful and cooperative to make our stay the best. The same goes for all other staff, Arza, Sabin, Ingi,Selina, Paul, and Elias. Not to forget the owner, Mr. Michael.
