I liked everything. Just like a little treasure of friendliness and old style. Wonderful rooms decorated with great taste. Nice staff helpful and kind. Wonderful little garden to stay in the evenings and a beautiful beginning of century feel.

Our experience started before we arrived with effective and instant communication on booking.com from Garineh. We had a friendly and warm welcome, a room upgrade and good explanation of the hotel facilities by Manuella from the front desk upon our arrival.
We ordered from room service and the portions were surprisingly large compared to other places.
Breakfast was tasty with amazing panoramic views over Beirut from the 31st floor.
Friendly staff overall and we hope to be back.

The area is incredibly calm and the staff is incredible -- specially 3ala, who even went to drugstore for me when I was not OK. The breakfast is also complete, with a very yummy jam and juices. The restaurant is plentiful of good options for other meals too.

Amazing staff , very welcoming and helpful! They are genuine and they make sure you’re having a pleasant stay!
They’ve also helped us to get a refund for one of the nights that we’ve canceled even though by mistake we clicked an option that won’t refund the money. They are paying attention to all details and care about their guests, totally!
I will definitely come back!

Lovely hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of Lebanon. Nice distance between Bcharre, the Cedars, and Qadisha Valley. Room was clean - and I've never seen a satellite package on the TV with so many channels (after a nice dinner, spent part of the evening switching between Iraq Idol and a chatshow from Cote d'Ivoire...). Staff were very friendly.
