This is a beautiful, well-maintained property. It's a perfect blend of modern convenience and historic charm. We especially liked the stone wall accents. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and having a selection of stuffed animals available for our kids to borrow for the night was a nice touch. The breakfast is a definite highlight, with several items made hot and fresh by the owners each morning. We loved that the menu changed slightly each day. The property is also conveniently located—just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from several excellent restaurants recommended by the staff. Speaking of the staff, they are incredibly friendly and helpful. They were happy to book taxis for us and offered great recommendations that never disappointed. We can't recommend this place enough and will stay there again on our next visit!

Amazing facilities in a unique setting, overlooking the serene Moldovan countryside. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the food & wine were extraordinary.

The property is amazing. We stayed for one night and were impressed by the cool decor and hospitality. We did the tour of the castle which was very informative and combined it with a wine tasting and dinner that were really good. Breakfast is nice and plentiful. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere in the evening in such a gorgeous location. Perhaps more expensive than the average accommodation in the surroundings but completely worth the money.

A very elegant, cozy, and beautiful Chateau only an 1.5 hr taxi drive from Chisinau. The grounds were simply exceptional, very well taken care of landscaping with ponds, paddle boats, swans and plenty of cute spots to either sit and relax with a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The Chateau, restaurant and rooms are well furnished. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was stocked with toiletries, robes and slippers. We were warmly greeted at the reception front desk by Anatoly, he was very kind, informative and personally took us and our luggage to our room, Anatoly was also able to schedule for us a private cellar tour and wine tasting. Our Cellar tour guide Igor was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge, we thoroughly enjoyed our tour as well as tasting an array of Moldovan Purcari Wines, highly recommend the experience. The food served at the restaurant was amazing! They have options of local cuisine and international dishes, like steak and pasta, as well as a full breakfast- offering English, American and Traditional Moldovan options. Our waiter Ceprean was very kind, attentive and helpful with food options. Let’s just say we immensely enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Purcari and will defiantly be visiting again!

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. incredible staff and amazing rooms. The rooms are incredibly spacious and provide every amenity you could ever want or need. Fantastic value for your money with a great central, yet quite location in the city center. Amazing!
