The staff were very friendly and attentive, always quick to respond to our requests. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the town we visited was very charming. The impressions were only positive and we will definitely return to this hotel again!

We had a fabulous dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was delicious as well. Lots of yummy options. The room was clean and comfortable with lovely bedding.

The level of service provided was truly outstanding, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Hotel Restaurant. The food was fantastic – every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and variety of the meals exceeded our expectations. The room service was also fantastic. The staff was prompt, courteous, and always ensured our room was kept in perfect condition. Despite the lively atmosphere outside, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful inside the hotel, allowing us to rest and relax without any disturbances. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel SPA. The facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect space to unwind and relax. The massage services, in particular, were amazing. The skilled therapists provided the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic care, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and pampered.

We got upgraded to a studio and were gifted a local wine bottle as it was my husband’s birthday which truly made us feel appreciated. The room had a large balcony and it was super clean. The staff is very friendly and supportive, breakfast was 10/10 plus they had a really good parking area.

Exquisite design, comfortable beds, technical equipment, splendid breakfasts, friendly personnel, great spa. Extra thank you for the girls at spa, that made my mood x10 better)) The road to the place is kinda tough for a big car, but you should be ready for such roads in Montenegro. Personnel kindly helps with parking of your car. The place itself is calm and far from the Kotor town, so no disturbances for your stay. Comfortable and beautiful exit to the bay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will answer all your questions and make all your wishes come true - want to arrange a private tour? They will organize it! Want a transfer to the airport, but the check-out time for the room is later than your transfer? No problem, they will look after your things and you have the opportunity to stay on the hotel grounds until departure. In Montenegro, cash is preferred (almost everywhere "cash only"), but in the hotel you can pay by card. The pool creates the illusion that you are swimming in the sea, which is very convenient when the beach is crowded or you want to swim a little in the evening, without worrying about the pebbles on the beach. I highly recommend massages! The price and quality of the massage are definitely worth it, in two sessions the masseuse completely relaxed and straightened my problematic back, for which I am immensely grateful to her. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to experience the best holiday by the sea with a share of relaxation and the feeling of luxury. Holidays in Ponta Plaza were truly a holiday, I did not have to worry about anything. Thank you to all the amazing staff.
