We stayed here for two nights and fell in love with this beautiful, cozy, and quiet family-owned boutique hotel. It truly felt like a countryside retreat, with a peaceful and serene environment that was incredibly relaxing.
The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the AC worked perfectly. While the cell service and Wi-Fi were a bit unstable, that’s common in Myanmar right now and didn’t impact our overall enjoyment.
The food was exceptional—it felt like eating home-cooked meals. Compliments to the chef for such delicious dishes!
The staff were outstanding—so attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They arranged an e-bike for us, which made exploring on our own a breeze. After a day of adventures, the spa services were exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge.
We highly, highly recommend staying here. It’s a true gem for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Can't wait to return!

The owner of the hotel is very kind🤗.The price of the hotel is very reasonable after breakfast🤑🤑🤑 Breakfast Many traditional Shan foods are very good. 🤩🤩🤩The boat harbor to go to Inle Pilgrimage is close to the hotel🕛Everything you need is provided by the hotel🤩🤩🤩As tourists, if you are staying in Nyaungshwe, I would recommend staying at Sandalwood Hotel🤩🤩🤩👍👍👍

This property was amazing. The staff were incredible, especially Mr Soe Moe who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a beautiful breakfast to eat every morning as I have allergies that prevent me from eating at the breakfast buffet (which my friends said was amazing!) We got massages and rented an e-bike through them as well, which were great. I can’t recommend this property enough!! The view from the roof is beautiful.

Super clean and new hotel, great rooftop terrace, plastic-free water refills, and solar-powered lighting for when power is out. Friendly and helpful staff for organizing trips, transport, charging phones and providing hot water. Simple but decent vegan breakfast available.

Everything! The location is perfect - just across the beautiful Kandawgyi Royal Lake. The hotel is connected to a shopping center, cafes and restaurants. All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping to the hotel manager demonstrated top-notch customer service. I booked a deluxe and got a suite like room at an executive level. My room is very spacious with a separate living room, a dressing room, a working space, and a huge bathroom overlooking the lake. I wish I had stayed longer here. The best hotel in Yangon!

I lreally loved the overal ambiance and the aesthetics of this hotel. The hotel room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff speaks english and they are very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast offers Mynamar specialities. and the Hotel resturant is on the 15th floor and the views from above is really beautiful. Also the hotel is located in a very prime location and not too far from many attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had selected premiums room with lake view (non smoking) and the room provided by the hotel was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was spacious and is well planned. The breakfast is fantastic with a nice spread. The staff is warm and ready to help.
