We had an extraordinary experience thanks to Ophelia and Sylvia. Not only were they service-minded, friendly and helpful, they were also very kind to our daughter. We were blessed to receive a room upgrade to the Andaz suite. A super spacious room (68 sqm) with a modern design and thoughful selection of furniture, with living room and a bed that fitted prefectly for a familiy of 3. The room had all options for charging: USB-A, USB-C and wireless charge. Also, the cleaniness was excellent. Please keep it up with the cleaniness! The room had a big wardrobe, and became our daughters little secret castle, with she loved! She also loved the drawing-kit that she received. Suprisingly, the room offered a serveral options of free soft drinks, beer, wine, milk and Andaz special snackbox. We really appreciated it! Overall, the Andaz hotel offers a high quality of service and always had their customers in mind. Bathroom amenities for both adults and children, facial mask and leg mask with was super beneficial after a long walk in Macau, shopping bag, protection for your cellphone for your visit at the swiming pool at Galaxy Grand Resort - without extra charge. Friendly tips: Every evening, the hotel lobby offers relaxing time with free drinks and snacks. Shuttle bus outside the hotel. Make sure to ask the staff about the scheduale.

Located in the heart of Taipa, Altira Macau is conveniently within 2 km to Taipa Houses Museum and the Orient Golf Club. The gentleman who did my check in was just amazing, Ronald, I hope I remember his name right, he gave me an amazing first impression of the hotel, he was professional and very nice, he answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I chose Altira to watch the fireworks on the evening of Lantern Festival. The view from the room was just perfect. The show was magical. The room was spacious and beautiful.

Pros: The turn down service is exceptional, they come without having to ask. Concierge is very helpful, bell boy really takes care of us when we need to hail a cab. Big room, nice modern design. Very clean. Lots of free bottle water. Shower separate from the toilet, good water pressure. Cons: mini fridge not cold enough. The lighting in the bathroom could've been brighter. It's hard to control the brightness of the bedroom, either too bright with the master switch or the relax mode of the lighting barely made any difference.
