Super welcome in this hotel, nice facilities, big and comfy room. They even have a choice of pillows! We went to the pool and spa, very nice! Good shuttle service to the casino area and the harbour

I felt as though I was in a first-class establishment, where every detail was thoughtfully curated for guest comfort. Both the rooms and changing facilities are well-equipped, offering a range of complimentary amenities like toothbrushes, moisturisers, and shavers, making it incredibly convenient. The service is genuinely exceptional! Additionally, the location is perfect, providing breathtaking views of the Macau harbour. This experience is truly world-class!

This place is truly mind blowing it was amazing the room were huge and super spacious and they gave us toothbrushes and shaving kits cotton buds and more ,and they had a near by shuttle which is in sands which can take you anywhere, there was like a place like Italy near by it was amazing,the cleaners were so nice and helpful and I would come back here again for sure,

Andaz Macau asub 1,5 km kaugusel Taipa ja Coloane'i ajaloo muuseumist. See viietärnihotell asub Macaus. Kohapeal on ühine puhkeruum, restoran ja baar. Everything is perfect. Staff are wonderful from reception, housekeeping, and WA. Room is spacious and modern. Amenities are lovely. Lounge is avail for free for guest around 4pm-7pm. Def will choose Andaz if we visit Macau in the future.

Sands® Macao on maailmatasemel hotell ja meelelahutuskompleks, mis avati 2004. aastal. Hotellis on 289 luksuslikku sviiti. The front desk are very hospitality and informative . Jason Wu helped with all my inquiries as I was in a business trip to catch up with two meetings. They arranged early check-in and allowed late check out and provide necessary information and recommendations for all questions I asked. The Suite is very clean and large space than most of hotels in a fairly good price. The hotel also provides free shuttles to the borders, other hotels within the same group. So it’s very convenient to visit all major landmark within footstep. Thanks.

Luksuslikkuse poolest maailmakuulus JW Marriott Hotel Macau on Aasia suurim JW Marriotti keti hotell, mis pakub külalistele võimaluse peatuda luksuslikus ja väga autentses miljöös. Excellent facilities, great pool area, rooms were large and clean. Staff were helpful.

Centrally located in Cotai, Macau, The Parisian Macao features a luxurious shopping mall, an outdoor pool and water park. We are returning customers, we have been to this hotel countless times, and we like the standard rooms. However, this time there was a problem with the room: someone had smoked in it,and there was other mixed bad smells. My wife cannot stand cigarettes smell, she would eventually get sick. After a short chit-chat with the staff, they agreed to change room, and the new room was just fantastic. I am not suggesting everyone should falsely complaint to get a free upgrade, but for the fact you guys did for us that we're old customers and have all rights to complaint, you deserve a full 10 this time for the service. Very well done !
