A special thank you to Chris from the team, who went above and beyond to upgrade our room and overall experience – thanks to him, we even decided to extend our stay for another night. Also, heartfelt thanks to Harry, who made our dinner unforgettable by ensuring our wine glasses were always full and adding an extra touch of warmth to the evening. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and overall, our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Highly recommended!

When we needed a taxi, they were quick to assist and always made sure we were taken care of. The check-in process was also smooth and friendly. Overall, this was truly 5-star service in every way. The staff of JW Marriot especially when check in "Alexa" explain the hotel facilities very patient to me. Room service "Sue" did clean my room very nice and tidy. And "Grace" from the executive lounge fulfill all our request when we need help.
