Amazing location with great views, very friendly and caring staff, good food, nice reef right by the hotel for snorkeling.

The Loft was located at the Imago Shopping Mall which had everything I needed when I looked for sunblock and insect repellents for my tours. The staff were super friendly. I checked in extra late (My flight arrived at 1:20 AM) but they waited for me so that I could check in. I asked for recommendations for massages and they continuously helped me through WhatsApp. The place was very nice, my only regret is that I packed my schedule too much that I didn’t get to sleep in longer! It’s a vacation on itself just to stay there. As for late night food or snacks, a restaurant which was located at the front of the Loft was open 24/7 so getting hungry at night was not a problem. The room looked exactly like the photos here.

I really liked everything about this place. The staff are warm and helpful, the shared bathrooms are so clean, the rooms and bunkbeds are comfortable and spacious and they also give free breakfast. Their shared spaces are also amazing and well ventilated. What you see in the photos are really true. This place is definitely great value for money.

What a charming place. We were warmly greeted as family and shown to a huge,  spotless and magnificent room. Our host’s son in law is the chef who prepared a flawless Char koey tiaw, the essential local dish of noodles fresh bean sprouts and prawns, for our dinner, along with a delicious Lai  chi kang, a fruity drink we’ve never sampled before, home made by our hostess.  Our hosts took us out to a local Chinese breakfast place to eat like a local and everyone could not have been more congenial!  There’s a lovely pool also. The place is a bit isolated outside of town, which makes it a quiet respite from the hubbub of Kota Baru. We had the best sleep of our trip here!

Had a very comfortable, restful and yet, at the same time, fun stay at this hotel. Absolutely love the artwork placed around and I am totally in awe at how well designed this place is. The location is perfect - there are at least 4 different spas for you to choose from within walking distance in case you need a massage. Lots of food options in the area too! The hotel also provided some nice surprises during the stay :)

very nicely designed rooms with very friendly staff, providing us lots of tips and recommendations on where to go and visit. They are very helpful and can reach out to them easily via whatsapp for questions. they provide little local snacks each night for us to try. one thing i didn't read properly is that there is no TV in the room, but it was fine. we were watching on ipads and just chill in the room

This is a brand new hotel right in the heart of Chinatown KL - a perfectly located jewel for exploring the area.

This is a wonderful piece of heaven. The owner puts a lot of love and thought into the details of everything. He is friendly and polite, and is always seen around the villa, self clearing tables at breakfast or doing maintenance of small things around the villa. The landscaping is gorgeous, it's plants and flowers everywhere. Every guest gets a remote control for the main electronic gate. I was upgraded to a villa with direct access to the pool, open the sliding door and the pool is at my feet. Room has unique layout design, quality thick towels and quality bottled water, not cheap brandless ones. Location is in between Kuah and Pantai Cenang, away from both crowds and noises. You can order food from Foodpanda and take a Grab car to anywhere. I highly recommend this wonderful villa to everyone. Support honest, local entrepreneurs and their businesses!
