Everything. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's brand new and everything is easy to use. The staff is absolutely awesome and will show you around the property. Special shout out to Vinah who was amazing!! The property is quiet and in a very convenient location across from a cafe called Dozo, a money exchange place, and several massage places. There is every type of food you can imagine in the basement of the mall. It's a very cheap Grab ride away from everywhere you'll need to go too. I could go on and on. Loved this place and already regret leaving!

This was my 2nd time staying in a dorm, and my 1st experience elsewhere was so disappointing that I couldn’t even stay longer than 30 mins due to poor cleanliness. However, this property completely changed my perception of dorm hostels. The facilities are safe, quiet, modern, spotless, and well-equipped, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host is exceptionally kind and speaks fluent English. She sometimes took the time to chat with guests, share her experiences, and offer advice in a way that felt like talking to a caring big sister. The hostel also provides many thoughtful free services, such as personalized printed bags or T-shirts with guest photos and exclusive maps of Ipoh. These little touches made the stay feel special. The host, her husband, and the entire staff team were consistently supportive, energetic, and sooo friendly with a smile. Their hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. Overall, the property is superb!

The nicest most helpful people we ever met

The owner of Baba not only understands the hospitality business, but also has a good sense of who to get on board to take care of the guests - the reception staff provided an impeccable service. This level of attention, kindness, and hospitality are almost unheard of. Their readiness to go the extra mile was really something I haven’t experienced in any place in the last 15 years I’ve travelled. On top of that, the place itself is gorgeous. We stayed with my partner in a big room with a window, and we were happy with the cleanliness, nice little extras we found, and also how quiet it was. After sunbathing at the beach - which is only 10-minute walk away - we could hang out at the reception/bar or a little terrace, and enjoy some complimentary drinks. And when we got hungry, we simply went downstairs to one of the restaurants; there are plenty of fresh and affordable options to pick from. But that was only necessary for lunch and dinner, because we had breakfast at the hotel, and I have to say it was really delicious! Honestly, I’d just move in here if I could. I really wish the owner a lot of success. The guest experience was clearly mapped out down to the smallest detail, and we loved every minute of it.

Everything. Great design. Everything in rooms is mint new. Tasteful meals (on a pricy side but worth it). Helpful staff. Booked a larger corner studio - totally worth it

Everything was perfect. The staff and the services were amazing. They can help for a lot of things, always fast answers. We can really feel they care about their guests. The room was really clean, comfortable and with modern equipments. The location also good and quiet.
