Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. I have been to a lot of 5 star hotels (mostly renowned chains) and this hotel is by far the best one out there. The best part of this hotel is the service that you get, from ALL of the staff. They truly care about their guests and would go above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay. We had a medical emergency and all of the staff at reception helped us so much, especially Yinni. The location of the property is great, right in the hustle & bustle off china town, lots of restaurants close by to choose from, across the road are the chew jetties and the main strip is approx 5/10 walk. The rooms are modern & spacious, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and coffee refills. The hotel staff were so so lovely, they really do go above and beyond for you. We accidentally left our fire stick remote in our room during our stay and they were nice enough to post it to us! If I was to return to George town, I would definitely stay here again, it's a nice escape from the busy hustling bustling town.
