They can pick you up from airport, though in Niue you really had better rent a car! Kitchen had enough tools to cook with. Bathroom had all one needs. Walking distance from food, bank. You can befriend other guests, if you are lucky!

I met the owner on the flight to Niue (small world). Very nice and respectful guy. He waited until I clear immigration/customs and get my car rental to show me the property (which he didn’t really need to do). The property is great and a much better alternative to the overcrowded resorts. It is cozy and felt like home. The area is a couple of minutes from town. Definitely recommend staying here to really get a feel of the island

Scenic Matavai Resort Niue offers a variety of air-conditioned accommodation options, situated in Niue. Guests can stay in resort rooms with a patio, or balcony with garden or ocean views. Views are awesome and lots to do . Very good information from the resort .Locals are very helpful and friendly . Recommend local tour when you first get there to get a very good outlay of where things are and a lot about what you can do. Excellent holiday and must be because we are going back.
