He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Many thanks as well to Mr. Fawzi at reception for his friendly and efficient assistance, and to Mr. Jinil at the restaurant for his attentive service and pleasant attitude. The outstanding service from the team made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for my first night in Oman — it felt like genuinely stepping into an Oriental fairy-tale. The hotel has a beautiful fortress design with delicate décor, located in a quiet neighborhood in Muscat. The staff was very accommodating, especially when I had to cancel my first night last minute due to a delayed flight caused by the situation in the Middle East. I loved the luxurious cosmetics, dim lighting, and overall attention to detail throughout the space. Receptionist also gave me great tips on where to buy perfumes and bakhoor in Muscat, which I found very useful. This place has a truly special atmosphere, and I would love to come back.

Beautifully located, small and very charming hotel – perfect for a peaceful stay close to nature. Fantastic, friendly and attentive staff and absolutely delicious food. Everything was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, fresh and pleasant bedding, and soft pillows ensuring a great night’s sleep. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet – nothing around but nature, stunning rock formations and a beautiful valley. Perfect conditions for true relaxation and rest. The dinner was excellent and truly outstanding. Breakfast was not as elaborate as dinner, but more than sufficient. The staff went above and beyond – they even cleaned our car from the dust. Highly recommended.
